I don't recommend trying this for the typical California Roll or Futo Maki fan or "aucthrup" (all-U-can-eat) wolverine since it would be an unpardonable waste. In my head, I was expecting a Chinese moon cake but it turned out to be Mochi. Japanese rice flour candy with a filling inside. You can buy these at any Japanese supermarket or bakery.
