His ears were completely mowed down; shaved almost bare and his head was cut down lower than 1 inch. We shared a preferred picture to the groomers for how we wanted him to be cut. Even his tail was shaved from one end to the other. It will take a year for his coat to grow back. Dont take your dog here, The owner tried to make excuses for this patheric grooming job, but no answer can be given for this pathetic grooming place. Don't take your dog here. Very costly and no credit or reduction of charges was offered.

Finding Veterinary Hospitals that "understand" the Belgian breed and listen to me, have been few and far between. If people had issues with Hill Creek, it was probably their fault. I HAD to go outside of Sanford to find some wonderful people. I'm happy to drive farther to get the kind of wonderful attention I have received, so far. I only have one Belgian Malinois left, but I'm always looking for the next. A little kitty got dropped off in our yard, only 3 pounds, but when she got bigger, she went into "heat" and it was just too often and it seemed to me, to be very uncomfortable. Dr. Cindy spaded her for me. Cricket is doing GREAT. By the way, Anissia brought Cricket out to me, and she was also a WONDERFUL person. I think some people think they are just too important and want to be treated superior.
