I cannot recommend Perry's Expert Transportation Services enough. I reached out to Monique and…read moreDavid with a deeply personal and important request, and they treated it with more care than I ever could have imagined. After my Dad lost his 14-year-old German Shepherd to old age, our family went on a quest to find him a new best friend. German Shepherds have been the great loves of our lives; we've had them since I was less than a month old. From the moment I shared this with Monique, she became just as emotionally invested in this journey as we were. When our first lead on a dog fell through, Monique was right there with us, and when we finally found "the one," she was genuinely overjoyed. Despite a lot of uncertainty with transport dates, Monique's promise never wavered: she told me that no matter what, she would get this 2-year-old dog to my Dad. She and her husband David did exactly that. They transported our new family member from Illinois to Scottsdale, keeping us updated with photos and videos the entire way. My absolute favorite was a photo of the dog sitting in the middle seat, looking like he was truly enjoying his flight! Monique later told me how rewarding this experience was for her, which meant the world to us. They didn't just move a dog; they delivered a new best friend safely and soundly. We are forever grateful to Monique and David for their expertise, their communication, and, most importantly, their hearts.

The pharmacy placed my rx 'on file' on my dog's profile. When I returned from travel to pick it up, i was informed that it was returned to stock. Upon attempting to refill it, they realized the prescription had expired by 2 days. Legally, in the state of GA, (non-controlled prescriptions expire one year from the date it was written). In an effort to get a new rx from my vet, thoroughly communicating what happened with the pharmacy, they refused to send in a new rx. My dog was due for a yearly exam(it had only been 2 days past the last annual visit). This was not good customer service, nor did this show compassion. I will be looking for another vet. Emphasis on (ONLY 2 days had passed since the previous year's annual visit for my pet. Therefore, due to travel; I had not yet had the opportunity to schedule a visit for my pet! The refill had expired after the pharmacy erroneously returned it to stock. An authorization was needed from the vet to re-activate the Refill on Simparica Trio(which lasts 6 months!). A lot of vets are making it challenging to receive prescriptions because pet owners are having their fur babies' Rx's filled at local pharmacies instead due to lower costs.
