I explained all of this to Customer service and said at minimum they should not only give me a complete refund but also give me a gift certificate or something for my time, trouble and aggravation. I got ZERO This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable, and I believe the Trainer just failed to cancel the class when they only had one puppy registered. If this is how they treat Customers, I would steer clear. Totally unprofessional!!

They even leave a TV on in each room to keep the dogs (and cats) company. They also have a large outdoor (artificial turf) fenced play area that's pawsome, complete with a fire hydrant and play equipment. The staff are all very professional but kind and friendly. They are all pet owners so they understand how worrisome it can be to leave your fur baby in a strange place. Finn has many friends at D'Tails now. She gives their services 2 paws up (that's a 5/5). :)

These bastards turned her into a freaking Mexican hairless. Shaved to the skin. WTF! Really, if a wanted a pet rat, I would have gotten one from the dumpster. Although I love my dog, Im embarrassed to be seen in public with her. I have to keep her inside because the Sun will burn her exposed skin. They told me it would take around 3 hrs to finish with her, but 40 minutes later I get a call that she is finished. My wife comes home with her and is pissed at me for making the appt. Plus she left a 15% tip before seeing the dog. Happy Tails ... I say Happy Trails. Would it really have been so hard to do what I requested. Well, another customer gone. first and foremost the groomer, who was recently hired from another state, was very sweet and kind…read more i was very anxious to see her work because i really liked her. unfortunately, she was a bit fearful of my cat because it was getting hissy. she gets hissy with the vet techs and other groomers but she has never, ever bitten anyone. other than being hissy, she's well behaved. she shaved the belly lopsided and didn't complete the grooming process which did not include bathing. we moved on but if i were to return, i would have to insist on trying the owner's skills. i have friends who go but the majority of them see robyn.

My dog pooped when he went in the door because he's always nervous when he gets groomed. My daughter-in-law Kim comes with me to take our dogs. Kim picked up Harley's poop & put it in a plastic bag that was provided. Because there was no container right outside the door (by the steps) like there normally is, Kim put the bag with poop on the counter. Tosha went off on Kim about putting the plastic bag on the counter & said for her to walk up to the entrance at the top of the hill to put it in the yellow garbage bin. Tosha continued yelling & even used the "F" word & said we're lucky that she didn't throw the poop bag on my car. I have never experienced that kind of treatment by any other employee at the Doggie Lodge & today will be my last day as a customer with 2 dogs. I think Tosha, at the least, needs to be reprimanded & also take a course in customer service. What a shame. Marcia Cavalier
