They even leave a TV on in each room to keep the dogs (and cats) company. They also have a large outdoor (artificial turf) fenced play area that's pawsome, complete with a fire hydrant and play equipment. The staff are all very professional but kind and friendly. They are all pet owners so they understand how worrisome it can be to leave your fur baby in a strange place. Finn has many friends at D'Tails now. She gives their services 2 paws up (that's a 5/5). :)

The only issue we had was that someone unilaterally canceled my appointment once. It hasn't happened again and I know what confirmations I should be getting and when. I like the options offered and how pampered my dogs are when they're there. The dog who needs more grooming is a senior and the groomers are very in-tune with how he's feeling and what he's able to tolerate. They've also never changed what I've asked for without notice and they go over everything that happened during the visit. I also like being able to pay before picking up my pets and that my animals stay with a single groomer throughout their experience.
