We have tried everything to change this, but nothing. Anyway, we had plans to travel for 3 weeks over the summer and I was super concerned about boarding him. I spoke to the owners/employees at Adorybull and they seemed very understanding and we planned to only give him people interaction, no other animals near him. I knew or thought this would mean less playtime, but when pictures started rolling in via text, I knew this was a great decision. I have boarded my sweet dog at his vet, and he never looks happy there, but at Adorybull, I was most certain he forgot I existed. They treated him like he was their own. We will be boarding again for a week this spring, and despite the other reviews that I have seen- I have no hesitation. Wonderful people! Thank you for loving my double personality dog!

We have used this pet sitting service 3x in the last 3 months and couldn't be happier…read more We struggled trying to find someone on short notice (the BF isn't a planner), but we were thankful to find this company. The initial interview with Nadia was informative ( our cats did not behave, but that didn't deter the service). She explained all of the services that would be provided and provided us with the magnet card for the fridge. This was to be used for scanning in and out of the house. You need to log into your account to see the time stamp in and out and the standard information of the pet care. The website is easy to navigate! Our sitter, Hannah, is awesome and she sends daily updates along with the picture of our allusive babies (they are hiders, but this last visit they finally came out to say HI!). I think Hannah was super stoked to get the rare sighting of our Tuxedo Man, as he's not fond of strangers. You could tell by email she was elated! She has crawled under beds to try to capture these two and we thank her for that! She lays out their toys so she knows if they are coming out while she's away and that's comforting to know. She also hides treats around the house to make sure they are coming out as well. On our first trip away, it was just a long weekend, but it's hard to leave your fur babies, we arrived to a clean litter box, food and water full, and the floor free from litter (cat owners know this is no easy feat). When we were gone on another vacation, the snow--apocalypse happened in Raleigh. Four Paws contacted us immediately regarding the weather. They kept us up to date about the status of the roads. Since we just have cats, we didn't want anyone to risk too much by driving, since these babies don't have to be let out and other animals may have needed that attention more., so we told them that if it was too dangerous to not risk it and just try again the next day. They continued to update us and did make it to the house safe and sound. We even told her to not stay the full time just to make sure she was safe. Hannah's emails are funny and written just as how I picture she talks. We enjoy these little tid bits as we are enjoying vacations away from the babies. I really like the services that we have received and they will be booked soon for another vacation we have planned next month!

Unreliable & Disorganized…read more We're new to the area and I needed to find a new pet sitter to cover a planned weekend trip next month. I originally reached out to Four Paws based on good reviews I saw here, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience instead. Firstly, before being willing to discuss anything they demanded that I make an account on their website and then fill out an extremely lengthy profile. Then, a day or so later, they emailed to ask for specifics for our trip and said they'd be arranging a visit with our sitter, which I answered that same day. Then, after a lull in communication, I got another email asking for the same information I'd provided previously. I provided it again and, again, nothing happened. Finally, having wasted over a week with their cumbersome process and these communication difficulties, I emailed again to ask what was going on... only to get an email back saying their only pet sitter in this area was on maternity leave for the next month and that they couldn't help me - something that they should have know days and days earlier. Now I will have to scramble to find some other arrangements, causing a lot of needless stress and anxiety and possibly putting our plans in jeopardy. They did offer some suggestions of other pet sitters in the area to use, but to those reading this - save yourself a lot of hassle and headache and just pick someone else. UPDATE: The business has responded below by posting private emails including my email address out of context, but only the last set of emails, ignoring the fact that they seem to have lost the first set, and then accused me of lying. I deeply regret giving them any personal information in the first place and would strongly encourage others not to do so.

While I have only needed grooming services, I hear and understand that the daycare and boarding are also wonderful! You could not ask for better groomers and front desk staff! They offer other services as well (website on-line, pet-sitting services, vet days, dog training, dog taxi/appt. service, picture days for memories, etc.) While, they are not a vet and cannot give official medical advice; they have helped me on many occasions when I was concerned about my furr-baby(ies)/furriend(s) over the years (ie. yeast infection in the ear, etc.). It saved me an expensive vet trip(s) and put my mind at ease (and they had the product on hand to treat as well). They truly care about and love our/your/their pets and fur-babies/furriends as well! I have personally witnessed and know that they all "love" pets & animals themselves! Understandably, the owner stays very very busy, but will always assist! The owner and staff are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating! A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to Sonya, Amy, Christy, Brittany and Robin. Note: If you or your pet gets use to a particular groomer, you can always ask specifically for them, but they ALL do a GREAT job ALWAYS! The front desk staff (Sonya) (& the owner; but again stays sooo busy but will always help) are very knowledgeable and have helped me with matters on numerous occasions (ie. the yeast infection in the ear). MANY of the staff have had vet experience (such as vet techs, etc.). The Fetching Post has your and your pet's best interests at heart always! The Fetching Post, the ladies I mentioned, and ALL of the staff are truly a rare gem! A personal shout out and kudos to the The Fetching Post: THANK YOU! ; ) And I Love YA! : ) Valerie Horton

After the honeymoon phase. A Complete 180. Trash customer service with like a how dare you bring your amazing dog ( Yes , sweetest dog and very rare breed .) here? Felt Like we were bothering them to show up. Especially the girl who is always at the desk every morning. I believe her name is Lyric. Her Saccharine, disingenuous, Phony over the top behavior is so obvious thats it's uncomfortable. This was not a one time occurrence. It was 4 occasions in a row where me and my wife had to literally watch the cameras all day and having to call the facility to please let our dog out of the tiny room they stored him in for 3hrs barking his head off. That is UNACCEPTABLE for this breed especially! And any other breed for that matter. Seems like they play favorites with their own pets and punish others but im not 100% on that . We should be able to drop our dog off and not have to worry about policing him all day. If you have a well really really well behaved dog, steer clear. It is Zebulon NC after all. Side note this is solely based on daycare. I can't speak about the boarding and Grooming. I truly believe that the owner and most of the staff are super friendly and really good people. I'm sorry but 4 consecutive visits and what I saw on camera is unacceptable.

From the screaming at the top of his lungs, to lunging at other dogs, I had to basically just keep him home all the time. I had hired 4 dog trainers in the past and spent several thousand dollars trying to control my dog. I ended up having to drug him if we wanted to go anywhere. He used to take prozac regularly, and trazodone & xanax as needed. He would be on enough drugs to knock a grown man out and still be screaming in the car trying to jump on my lap. I decided to take my Bentley to Triangle K9 for their board and train program to hopefully get his anxiety under control to a manageable level. They had him for 3 weeks and it was hard to be away from him for so long, but it was so worth it! I couldn't believe how well he behaved in the car on the way home, not medicated at all!! Mike the head trainer was awesome to work with, and he offers a lifetime of touch-up training sessions if we need it. He even offered to help me take him to public places to get him completely acclimated to being around groups of people and other dogs. I was beginning to think there was no hope for Bentley to live a normal dogs life, but I am so so glad that I took him to Triangle K9! Thank you Mike!!

I dropped my dogs off for their appointment that I waited for over a month for a bath and nail trimming. When I picked them up it looked liked they didn't have a bath. She actually took a wet wipe to clean my dog behind and told me it was black heads. My older dog sheds usually after a bath frees him from shedding for about a week. Sadly to say my wife rubbed his back and had a hand full of hair. I'm sure that my dogs may not have even had a bath. The groomer admitted they were short on staff I noticed that it was just her and another worker. When I pointed out the issue to the helper he tried to ignore me and act like he didn't see anything. We shame on you if you can't do the job maybe you need to shut your doors until you have a staff that can do the job they are hired to do.

On two occasions I tried chain stores and said not to use a cage (it takes less than 10m to blow dry her), well they did it anyway and she freaked out and got sick. Unlike a lot of large places, a full groom is just that, no adding on ear cleaning charges, or silly fees. The location has easy access to parking, they open early enough for a drop off on the way to work. They also offer a military discount.
