I was initially told I would not be able to see my previous provider, even though I had received confirmation by text from the office. When I came in to sign the required release of information forms, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and rude, even though she already knew I would be out of state for a week. Only after I showed her the message from the office did she go back and confirm with the provider, who agreed to see me after all. Later, when I arrived for my appointment at the new office on Coastal Highway, the same staff member was there. I arrived five minutes late after driving in from out of state, which the office policy allows to be waived once. I completed all paperwork, but she never checked me in. As a result, the provider came out and took another patient instead of me, even though my appointment was scheduled first. This was extremely frustrating and anxiety-provoking -- especially for someone seeking behavioral health care. The dismissive attitude and lack of basic administrative care made the entire experience feel chaotic and unsafe. I left feeling unsettled rather than supported. I strongly believe this office would benefit from trauma-informed customer service training, especially when working with mental health patients. Front-desk staff play a critical role in patient experience, and this one interaction made me decide not to return.

Instead of recognizing it, even though my mom was seeing a neurologist for it, Dr. Robinson mistreated my mom and put her, as her next doctor put it, "on more anti-depressants than given to patients in depression treatment centers." All Dr. Robinson saw was a person who didn't care to remember her appointments and was angry because no one was listening to her concerns. My mom was then admitted to hospital and Dr. Robinson all but refused to work with her - when my mom needed a doctor who knew her the most. After my mom was deemed incompetent Dr. Robinson wrote my mom a letter saying she didn't want her as a patient anymore. A sign of an incredible lack of compassion. My recommendation? Do not use Dr. Amy Robinson if you want good and responsible care.

I've been a patient since 1992 when it was Dr Wagners office. The office manager is rude. interruptive and has a memory of convenience. I simply needed a prescription refill. It will be months before I can get in anywhere else as a new patient. This is how much they care. If I could have left a Zero star, I would have.

I did and paid $400; about twice as much as it was before my doc joined this practice. It is now around December 6th and no orthotics. I get no call back to my calls. I on call I was asked if orthotics are shoes; no they are things that go into shoes. If i am not going to get what I paid for I should get my $400 back.

They took as many tests as insurance would allow and referred us to this practice to get an MRI. The hospital gave us medicine for pain, swelling and muscle relaxer. The instructions from the hospital said he needed an MRI immediately. It took over two weeks to get in to see someone. The doctor would not do an MRI and barely examined him at all and gave my husband a shot of cortisone to the knee. The shot never worked at all. We received better care at the Hospital. We walked out with no diagnosis and a script for a muscle relaxer and a guess that it was a torn meniscus. They suggested physical therapy but in the absence of a real diagnosis it is ridiculous. We are now going to a wonderful real Doctor and getting an MRI. Do yourself a favor-if you need an Orthopedic Doctor skip this practice-it is expensive Assembly Line Medicine and not real care.
