I liked her She was easy to talk to, and she communicated really well. However, before I saw the doctor I got stuck with a medical student which made the whole visit really slow-as a medical student was abnormally thorough which took a long time. That's my only complaint that it took- a long time... The medical student was super nice The doctor came in shortly after we discussed my displeasure with OSU central scheduling as there should've been no reason that I had to come in as my primary had asked me to just call in and ask for the script because I had an appointment for the same condition about four or five days prior and we were just trying to avoid antibiotics but felt they might be necessary and if they were to CALL in . Well, my body didn't cooperate and I needed antibiotics however central scheduling insisted that I pay a co-pay and see a completely different doctor which was so stupid. It is the only reason why I am a star from this review was the offices reliance on this ridiculous policy of central scheduling. Other than that issue Ive had two good trips in to this office with two different providers. i recommend the place

I am going here for PT and so far I really like my physical therapist, but I am waiting to see what my experience is life when I complete therapy in 12 weeks to give my 5 star review. The physical therapy facility is clean and there's tons of machines. I don't think I have ever seen a facility so equipped to treat a variety of physical ailments. Everyone at the front desk has been nice and helpful which a plus as well.

He was set up to get text messages as I travelled through the process and he was able to stay me a lot. They checked on me regularly and were kind and efficient . I felt very safe and like nothing was left to chance, no step left out. My husband was very impressed with the Starbucks coffee machine so we included a picture of that. Free in the outer waiting area. I could find nothing out of place and having experience in healthcare , I know where to look. A plus review .

The institute is part of the larger Ohio State University System - Wexner Medical Centers. I visited for an ENT appointment, specifically for hearing issues. I received great care for tinnitus, had a hearing test, and counseled by a specialist. Dr. Brad DeSilva (Otolaryngology) and Meghan Hiss, AuD, were my care team and had two back to back appointments this day (hearing test first) and both Dr. DeSilva and Megan Hiss were excellent. I highly recommend them. Regarding the facility, I was disappointed that the coffee machine was down and there were no cups for the water. However, there was plenty of parking. I just wish I had brought my own coffee.

I handed in an overview I'd written with background of my problem. X-rays were taken. Dr. Metz reviewed the symptoms and the x-rays. He was patient with all my novice questions. He made some recommendations plus recommended I use a pulse oximeter for three nights. Dropped off pulse oximeter three days later. Was told office would call to schedule consultation. Not having heard back from the office twenty-three days later, I called and they scheduled the consultation. The second consultation with Dr. Metz covered a lot of ground Pulse oximeter data showed something unexpected, which we spent much time discussing and then Dr. Metz steered us back to talking about the x-rays. After awhile I realized I wasn't going to be able to absorb any more information, said so, and wound the consultation down by directing us to conclusions. Dr. Metz told me to call with any questions. When I got home and started to write up what had been discussed, I realized I did need his help plus I realized the consultation had gone over health issues but had not directly addressed my original reason for seeing him. I drew up a summary of what was discussed and a list of questions for him. The next day I called the office, asked an assistant if it was ok to e-mail questions, then e-mailed my follow-up questions. Not having heard back fifteen days later, I sent e-mail reminder of further questions (and that I still had a daily problem). Received reply from Dr. Metz, "I am happy to respond to your question. However, from this point on for myself or staff to answer with such detail will be charged. The complete answer for this particular email will be $2,500, payable in advance. Additional charges will be made for any follow ups. This applies to phone calls as well."

He explains things to you. He spends plenty of time with his patients, and he is not into over-medication which I appreciate. Given that I am a 34 year old mother who has a bloop pressure problem in reaction to another medical issue I had earlier this year, I also appreciate the fact that his goal seems to be to get me off my bloop pressure meds. We'll see if it's possible, but he does seem to be concerned with making sure my quality of life is as good as it can be. In addition, his office returns phone calls very promptly! That is always a sign that a doctor does care!!
