I found White-Huff my chance and the dispatcher, Stacey, was so kind and helpful in making sure that someone was dispatched as quickly as possible. Drew did a great job in making it into the garage and hooking up my car with care. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.
