We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.

I needed a jump start for my car but figured there was a chance I needed a new battery, so I looked…read moreon Yelp and this service came recommended (just under 5 stars, 27 reviews at the time). I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

I called up JT Auto as soon as my check engine light came on and I was connected with Lisa, who is an absolute gem! She was able to get me an appointment for the next day and walked me through the whole process. I had to come back more than once in between my meetings, and Lisa was very considerate and informed me that because they were experiencing a delay, she could stay open a little late so I could pick up my vehicle. The first time I checked in, she informed me that the wrong part was sent over, but Lisa expertly navigated calling the right folks to ensure that I got the right part! When picking up my car, JT was able to answer all my questions and recommended some helpful service tips that may save me from some grief in the future. The second time I went in was for routine maintenance and the whole JT Auto team was able to get me in and out ASAP! I can say with confidence that JT Auto is my go-to location for all my car needs. Thanks to the whole team for providing efficient, reliable service!

Sam looked at it and looked at me gravely, letting me know it was majorly cracked. He told me that they could get it the best they could, but it would never truly look the same. Sam reminded me of a surgeon telling an athlete that they would walk again, but they'd never play in the pros. Sam and I both acknowledged that they don't make these wheels anymore and I told Sam to do what he could to save her life. This was late Monday afternoon when Sam gave me my wheel's prognosis and by mid Tuesday he had fixed her up. I went and met my sure to be still mangled and scarred wheel today. Little did I know that Sam and the rest of the Rim Renew crew are brilliant plastic surgeons. It looks amazing! I gotta say, my wheels already had quite a few dings and blemishes, but as far as the pothole's attempted murder wounds...you can barely tell! Thanks Sam and crew :)

He notified me that his arrival would be at 2:50. Thankfully we had a friend pick up my husband & 3 children shortly after that phone call. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.

I recently had a major issue with my beloved 2008 Infiniti (Stability Braces had completely rotted out) and needed to get these hard to find parts delivered to their shop to save the life of my vehicle. Ronnie and John worked their tails off to find me these vital parts for my vehicle, calling multiple suppliers throughout the USA, and did not stop until they were able to find and install this part, which in turn prevented me from having to purchase a new vehicle. Throughout the process, Ronnie checked in with my frequently to let me know where things stood, and kept me notified of any changes/costs etc. that were ongoing. Literally ANY other Auto Service Provider would've given up and told me I was out of luck and to find the parts on my own, but not Olympic Auto. If you are looking for a place that won't give you the run around and will keep your car running at a high level until the very end, look no further. This is the BEST Auto Service Provider in the greater Baltimore-Washington area, I challenge anyone to debunk this statement. Adnan Fayyaz and the Zam Zam Auto Sales & Service Team perform partial low quality auto repairs with faulty parts and try to upsell customers to larger more expensive repairs that their autos do not need. They play the old shell game with auto parts to confuse the customers. They are VERY DISHONEST and DISRESPECTFUL, and will take your money without doing the estimated auto repairs that were paid for! Double check their repair work and get your money credits back! I visited Zam Zam Auto on Sat, 4/11/26 for a engine diagnostic and estimate to complete an oil and filter change, replace with new cylinder ignition coil #2, and 6 new spark plugs minor tuneup. The repairs were completed on Mon, 4/13/26 by your mechanics Jef and Israr to repair a check engine light and vsc off blinking light with engine misfire code problem on my 2009 Lexus RX350. I drove my RX350 back to Zam Zam Auto and reported that the same check engine light and vsc off blinking light with engine misfire code problem returned on my 20 min drive to work on Tues, 4/14/26. Jef and Israr requested that I bring my RX350 back on Wed, 4/15/26 to recheck the repairs, since the misfire code was now on cylinder ignition coil #4 and maybe the spark plug was not seated properly. Jef and Israr completed the engine diagnostic again on Wed, 4/15/26 and reported to me that after they switched the cylinder ignition coil from #4 to #2 that now the misfire code had moved back the cylinder #2. They also reported to me that they thought the engine cylinder #2 had low compression and cylinder #4 was fine. Jef and Israr agreed to provide me with an estimate to replace the engine in my 2009 Lexus RX350 with a used engine. The original diagnostic showed a blown cylinder ignition coil #2, the second diagnostic showed a blown cylinder ignition coil #4, and the third diagnostic showed low compression on cylinder #2. I paid for engine diagnostics and repairs that were NOT completed correctly with good parts and left my 2009 Lexus RX350 with the same problem that I came to Zam Zam Auto with on Sat, 4/11/26. I went to a different and reputable Auto Service on Fri, 4/17/26 to complete the new cylinder ignition coil #2 and new spark plug repairs, and demanded and received a refund from Zam Zam Auto to resolve the matter.

They are fast and the pricing is very fair. My new go-to car repair shop. I take both my cars there.read more
