Everyone I called was booked, of course, until I called McCrorie. I had never heard of this business until I needed someone, but they had good reviews, and once again, I needed a furnace fixed. The woman who answered the phone, can't remember her name unfortunately, was very friendly and compassionate to my needs. She put me on hold for a minute, and then told me that she could have someone there within 45 minutes, maybe sooner. In half an hour Joseph showed up and was very polite and professional as I explained the issue and everything that I tried. He took about an hour looking over, troubleshooting and testing my furnace. Found an easy fix and had it working like new. He explained some further minor issues that I might consider in the future, but furnace now working perfectly. She said she sent it to a different email ...same first part with gmail instead of yahoo. Funny thing is we have both addresses and didn't receive it in either.
