She understood what it was like to work with such a large group and kept the students occupied while other students were in the rooms. It's a great price and great fun. It's a super challenging room and that made it more fun. You don't want them so easy to get out but not too difficult. It had the perfect balance. If you're in Orange Beach and don't want to pay the super high tourist fees for things like this, drive up to Foley and visit this escape room. It was the perfect thing to do! Especially since it was raining and so many students were already sunburnt.

Unfortunately, we didn't escape in time, if only we had 6 more seconds! The puzzles were unique and really fun at figuring out. Afterwards you were able to take a photo up against a green screen and it would show your room once edited. She did say that Mardi gras had a high success rate, then crime scene and finally paranormal. Just fyi for those on you who are beginners and want try it out. We wantes to do another room but were pushing for time. We'll definitely return to try the other rooms. There is a timer in the room and she can type clues on the screen for you. There are lockers to lock your belongings in before going in the rooms

Book your event today!!! I do not even know where to start!…read moreWe had a AMAZINGLY memorable family reunion from the start with the last minute change of planning all the way until the actual event. The weekend of June 19,2021 we were unable to hold or family reunion at the park due to the storm. I called around a few days before the reunion for a back up and Mike saved the day calling me back great (customer service). I want to thank Mike for helping us and being accommodating/ understanding. Mike and his staff were attentive, friendly and available for quick questions. I could not have asked for a more understanding person/establishment during this weekend. Even more important then that, they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING on the day of! I cannot tell you how many people told us how great the reunion was and how munch fun they had and can't wait till next year. Our family reunion at the skate rink was the BEST and everyone from our older family members all the way down to the youngest guests had a BLAST! If you are thinking about booking a event here(birthday, bridal, baby shower, reunion, etc) just do it! One of the best decisions made for our family reunion and we cannot thank them enough for helping out with making it such a special day! Thanks again, Mike and Dreamland staff! The bathrooms were NOT scary. I haven't skated in a roller rink in many years, but I would give them a try. There was a good amount of parking spaces available, but the parking lot is a little tight so if people are dropping off/picking up kids with their SUVs and monster trucks it could get interesting on a busy night.

Very green except the wind knocked a trash can over, and there was trash blown around. I did not get to see the community center & gymnasium interior because I came before noon on a Sunday, when most people in Mobile are in church, & it was locked. Saw a father & son playing catch in one of the baseball diamonds and some kids at the playground, other then that, park was empty. The fitness center and playground look brand new. I know this park is usually busy with community activities. If you go down Washington Street, there is The Ben Mays Public Library on Government street. This park is a short distance from stores, bars & eateries. There is a grocery store on Government & Broad Street (Greer's) , also McDonald's, Popeye's, Burger King ion Government Street nearby. For even better food, check out all the great local downtown food joints on Dauphin Street, you wont regret it.

The teachers are excellent -- patient, encouraging, and clearly know their stuff. It's a perfect space for dancers of all ages. I love seeing little girls bouncing out of their class right before my adult ballet class starts. Our group of about six women ranges from beginners to intermediate dancers, and everyone's supported exactly where they are. Even though I took ballet for years I still felt like I was starting over -- and that was totally okay. Highly recommend Studio B! Five huge stars!

My child attended class at Studio B Dance Academy with one of their instructors for an entire…read moreschool year without incident. However, at the end of the year our experience with Studio B Dance Academy's owner, Brandi Walker, was disgraceful. When a concern was brought to her attention, I was met with immediate belligerence and disrespect. I decided to give her grace and another opportunity for a discussion to remedy the situation that she'd created, but she continued on with her lack of decorum, dismissive attitude, and absolute unprofessionalism. In fact, after I advised her that we would no longer be attending her dance studio after the recital was over, she tried to extort me and threatened to not allow my child to dance in a performance that my child had already been invited to, accepted invitation to, paid all dues for, learned dances for (on her own) before practices started, and attended every rehearsal for. Brandi continued with her threatening, vengeful tactics when she decided to hold an impromptu "closed rehearsal" the next week by turning off the monitor in the lobby knowing that I always stay to watch my daughter at EVERY practice. I was able to confirm with one of Brandi's instructors that a "closed rehearsal" for their recital is NOT a normal occurrence and that the monitor in the lobby is NEVER turned off. When Brandi realized her vindictive behavior had been exposed, she became belligerent and unhinged, yet again. She continued with her vile behavior by yelling at me and slamming the studio door so hard that the latch on the door popped through to the other side of the double doors. I'm not the only parent who has experienced her unprofessional, disrespectful behavior either. I witnessed her berating another parent over the phone the first night of recital rehearsal as well. To which Brandi thought was appropriate to address myself and another parent in the lobby at the time, telling us all about that student/parent and how she'd been "having problems with them". So this seems to be the norm for her. Brandi Walker has proven, on multiple occasions, to be aggressive, unprofessional, disrespectful, and quite frankly, an unstable individual. It's truly a sad state of affairs when a "trusted teacher" becomes a 6 year old child's "first look" at a bully. For someone who was the president of JAES (Junior Auxiliary of the Eastern Shore), "founded by a group of women who had the desire to help the less fortunate and wanted to make a real difference in the lives of the children in our community", I would expect her to possess a more refined character and better discernment of appropriate behavior, not just as an adult, but as a business owner, and one working with children and parents on a regular basis at that. Unfortunately, that is not the case with Brandi Walker. Just BEWARE. Everything is great when you sign up for classes and invest your time and money into her business, but if you ever have and decide to address a concern with her, her insolence takes center stage. I've honestly never, in my life, experienced such a crazed business owner, and certainly not one working with children. I wouldn't recommend such a low caliber, unhinged dance studio/business owner to anyone. Do yourself and your child a favor and find a more respectable and competent dance studio to invest in. This isn't the one.
