They have zero security cameras in any rooms, and this is a studio full of nothing but females. My daughter that is ONLY TWO came out of the studio with a horrid bite mark. And all I have to go on is that a girl just randomly bit her to where it looks like an appalling dog bite. NEVER EVER EVER take your girls somewhere that provides ZERO security cameras. I'm dumbfounded this place is still functioning.

Be very careful giving this company your account information. I moved away years ago and thought my…read moremembership was cancelled. Realized charges were still being made every month so I called to cancel my membership again. Was told on the phone I have to come in person or write a letter. Considering I now live 7 hours away and haven't used there facilities in YEARS I wrote the letter! Followed up made sure my account was cancelled. Now MONTHS later they are drafting out of my account again!!!!! This is Fraud and I don't have time to deal with this every time they feel the need to steal from me. I have reported them to my bank and hope this saves someone else from going thru the same thing. If you actually cared you would have cancelled the membership the first two times no need to leave a comment if you're not going to resolve the issue.
