I have been trying to grow my hair out for years and this is a MAJOR set back. Looking like a pixie cut is the only solution for my goofy looking hair that cost several hundred dollars. I'd expect something like this to happen at a beauty school, not a professional salon. I do not take any supplements or medications, my hair is already a dark blonde/light brown color.
