I really needed a haircut after a lady in Spain did whatever she wanted with my hair and not many places were open on a Sunday but they were! My haircut took like 20min (which is how much it should take really) and they charged me $35 I ended up getting the haircut I wanted No complaints read more

Showed up today at 145 and they had a sign up that said out to lunch be back at 230. I waited because I needed a hair cut. Finally her lunch date left and she opened back up to tell me sorry she is booked the rest of the day. Hands down my favorite salon and only salon I will be going to again. Ryan turned my not so great box dyed brown hair into a stunning ashy blonde with the help and suggestions from Alicia. He made sure he went over every process and possible damage that could happen which I loved he was very informative and kept me in the loop of everything!! He was very professional and friendly. So I went in on a whim, I'd actually read Megan's and Scott's reviews prior to going in. I had made an appointment for 5:15pm but showed up at 5:00pm thinking I would wait my turn. I arrived, was warmly greeted and whisked away by a gentleman who was very interested in hearing what I wanted done with my hair. No waiting - I walked in and it was like #1 Customer Service upon entrance. We brainstormed for a bit and I told him my morning and evening hair care regimen then he went to view the texture of my hair, face shape, etc. After that, onwards to washing hair and he was gentle and water temp was perfect. He totally knew what he was doing - I entrusted to him what he thought was best for my hair and BOY WAS HE RIGHT!! I love my new hairstyle!! It's totally wash-and-go, yet cute and stylish!! My main concern was getting all seven inches of polynesian hair off of my neck and it's beautifully curled under naturally and wavy and whispy all over the top! SO CUTE! I have previously documented here my difficulties in finding a place that's able to give me a simple haircut, without leaving me looking like Alfalfa. But, I think I've done it. I've been here 4 times now, and ended up satisfied each time. I've said before that it shouldn't really be that hard to cut my hair...I've got a cowlick to watch on the front, otherwise, just take the same amount all the way around....simple. Or it should be. They're right down the street from my house, so it's an easy stop for me after work or at lunch time, and each time I've stopped I've been able to get into a chair within about 10 minutes. I've gotten the girl that I think is the manager 3 times, and she was friendly and personable as you'd expect, and did just what I wanted her to. Last Friday, she wasn't there...which immediately made the fear of the unknown rise in my chest. That was quickly dashed when I realized the girl that was available was cute...very cute...and I needed to concentrate on sucking in my gut, and not worry about what she did to my head. She put on an impressive display of multi-tasking while I waited, taking phone calls to schedule for the next day, ringing up her previous customer, and babysitting a hyperactive 4-year old whose mother was engrossed in which shampoo she should buy while her son ran around the store with open scissors (OK, not quite, but you get the point). And then it turned out she could cut hair a little too. She was also very friendly, managing to maintain a running conversation with me through the whole process, and I rarely do that. She only disappointed me once, when she referenced her husband, but at that point I could allow myself to breathe again, so maybe that was good. They're a bit on the pricey side...it will take me some time to get used to paying $16 for a haircut, especially since I was at $10 just a year ago, but between the convenience and their ability to actually do what I tell them, this will be my new regular place....at least until they screw up. read more

Okay, I've got grim news for you. Got my hair highlighted yesterday by Ryan. After spending a few hours crying my eyes out and another couple trying to repair the damage, I feel I am prepared to write a review. The problem: he fried my hair. He left the crap in too long and then had to use toner on me. After he rinsed the toner out and started combing through my hair, big chunks of it were falling out. Before he blew it dry, I could tell it was fried just by feeling it-- it was crunchy and just pulling gently on a strand caused it to snap. When he began blowing it dry, pieces of hair were falling out and landing in my lap. When I commented on the damage, he said it was "normal" and that after a couple deep conditioning treatments, I'd be just fine and dandy. I've been getting highlights in my hair for nearly 5 years and this has NEVER HAPPENED. By the time he overcharged me by ten dollars and having to buy a $30 deep conditioning mask, I could have gone to Salon Monroe and gotten mediocre color without the damage. The color itself isn't that bad, but I'd rather have a bad color than have my hair breaking off. If I were you, I'd stick to Ryan for cuts (he's good), but don't get too cocky and go for color. After this experience, though, I'm not sure I'll return to get my hair cut. Guess I'll keep looking for a permanent stylist. read more

I can't remember the guys name that cut my hair. He did a great job I loved talking with him. I don't know if he's there any longer as I have been letting my hair grow out. I'm going to get it trimmed soon so when I go i hope he is there. read more

My husband and I have been going there for about 5 years now. In general the stylists there are pretty good; however, Whitney is the absolute best. Every time I get highlights I get a ton of compliments! She knows what she's doing with color. Each time I'm there, the other stylists continually come to ask her for advice - and she's right on. Being the daughter of a stylist that won many awards over her years, I'm picky about someone messing with my hair and I will wait until she's available - even if I've waited way too long and desperately need a cut. The rest of the stylists there are very nice, friendly, and the place is clean. Surprisingly the prices for the products are not out of line either compared to other salons. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I usually get my hair cut closer to home but since I had other things to do in the area I called to see if I needed an appointment or just walk-in. He said either way but they were busy until 10am. Both my daughter and I checked in but they said it would be about 15 min.. my hair was cut exactly as I wanted it. As I was waiting I noticed all the ladies had their hair coloured. My daughters been wanting her hair blue for about 2 years but I wasn't sure where to take her. So I asked if they could,showed them a picture of the colour. I'm not going to say it was exact match but it was really close to what she wanted. They had to bleach her hair out ( to get her hair colour she wanted they would've had to bleach it white) then they coloured it. This whole process took about 3 hours. It actually didn't feel that long and we both loved the way it turned out. Thank you ladies we will be back. read more

I called ahead and made an appointment for my two sons. We were greeted immediately upon entering and did not even sit down in the waiting area. They just whisked us right back to start the haircuts. I explained that one of my sons has autism and would need a scissor/shear cut instead of the noisy clippers. The stylist accommodated his special needs without even a blink of an eye. Both of my sons and I were very please with the overall experience and the haircuts. read more

Had an appointment for foil and was sitting in the chair while the lady stomped around the store angrily because she was clearly having a bad day. No excuse she left me with the smock on in the chair while she grabbed her Co workers phone and went into the back room. I could hear her on the phone. Very rude. I walked out and called the manager...I will never go back to that lady again. She needs to learn some customer service skills. read more

I've been coming to this location with my family ever since it opened, and there's a reason we've continued to come back again and again. Ryan has never failed me with my hair, whether he's giving it a fresh cut or a fresh color, it has always turned out more wonderful. He's also always been very forth coming with any concerns he has about colors I've asked for or cuts I've thought about, letting me know what would look better if he didn't think I'd like what I thought I wanted. And he's always been correct with what he advised. My mom rarely goes to anyone else but Ryan, and his services are always worth the wait. Jeremy has also been wonderful, always does a great job with my dad and my brother. Everyone has always been kind to us as well, makes for a very comfortable and relaxing environment.
