So I decided to look around to see if I was getting the best deal. Jumped on Yelp for insurers in my area with high ratings. Went onto their site and filled in request for quote forms and waited. Out of five, two waited a week before sending me a follow up. One was rather high also. And two were very reasonable. Linda at this location not only send me a quote but followed up with a call to ask me a few questions. Those questions lead to a discount. After a couple more calls back and forward, my final cost was less than half the price of my current insurance. I gave them my credit card to cover my auto and home insurance. A few days later, I get paperwork to sign and decided to drop them off personally. Got to meet both Linda and Becki, very pleasant women. I will update my review after I make any claims

Upfront: my driving record is crap, and Anthony busted his booty to not only get me insured, but do it at a rate that wasn't highway freaking robbery. Then, he went above and beyond and reduced my home owners insurance by $400 per month with higher coverage. AND got my bike insured for less Thant previous company that I had had for 10+ years. With all my blathering the bottom line is this: Anthony is a MIRACLE WORKER. He really cared about his job and taking care of people. It shows and is a rare quality. THANK YOU, A.H.!!

Jeff has been my agent for five years, and I've had nothing but great experiences working with him…read moreand his team. There's a piece of mind in having a local agent handling all my home, auto, and motorcycle policies that I can't get simply buying a policy from the cheapest site online. The best part has to be the email correspondence. When I was considering a new motorcycle, all I needed to do was send Jeff an email with the VIN and desired coverages and in no time I had a PDF attachment in email with costs all broken down. And, when I screwed up and told Jeff the wrong VIN on the one I bought, he's cool as a cucumber and just made the change to my policy. The second-best part is the online portal. Sure, most major carriers have this today, but being able to pull all my info and check status of my policies and renewal and discounts and such myself is hugely beneficial. I don't want to call or email bothering Jeff with something like a Declarations page, and having that information available within a few clicks (and on my phone no less), is fantastic. Now, I've not had to file a claim yet, and I hope I never do, but I have every reason to believe that Jeff will be there to help me through that process if every the need arises. Bottom line, I feel like I'm in good hands with Jeff Dietz at Allstate.

On top of that, Jeffery insinuated with unprofessional passive aggressive emails when we simply wanted to know why we were not covered when we had PROOF of requesting to add on our 2nd vehicle. And happens to be cheaper with better coverage (and FAR better customer service). Wish we switched 4 years ago, verses giving this person our business.
