The music was relaxing, the candles/essential oils smelled amazing. He assisted me in a few postures and gave me some direction on how I could improve the poses. His presence is very loving and peaceful. Harmony puts a lot of heart and soul into curating the items that she sells in her shop. The shop sells several brands and types of mats. I love the Tamed Wild brand candles and the book selection. Those are actually the two things I've purchased the most of. Harmony also plans special events in her shop including Reiki, Reunions with Jamie Clark, classes, full moon and new moon yoga and others. Harmony's staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. When I bought my yoga mat, they asked questions to match me to my perfect mat. I love my Jade yoga mat I got here, and a friend liked it enough that she bought one here as well.
