They sent someone back to take a look at the original job and he confirmed that it was not done properly & they have had issues with that Forman being rude to customers in the past. They came back a second time and sent the same crew & Forman even though I was assured it would be a different crew who proceeded to be rude and condescending to my wife. She finally had to ask them to leave. This issue has since escalated up to the owner of Stroberts. He said the individual was terminated based on this issue and others. However, they wanted to come back a third time. I told him at this point I just want my deposit back. He then threatened to take me to court unless I paid them in full and they would not be returning to fix the job based on principle alone. Ive never experienced anything remotely close to this series of events with Stroberts. Highly unprofessional, threatening, & unacceptable .
