I was referred to him for a second opinion on what was going on with my GI/swallowing troubles. He told me during the first appointment what he thought was going on and after numerous tests and procedures he was 100 percent correct with his thinking- I'm so glad I finally have a correct diagnosis and can move on with surgery to correct the issue. I highly recommend him as a doc. Really nice guy!

When my insurance changed and it no longer covered Dr. Geohas, I did not feel like I received the same level of thoughtful care from other PCPs. This is, without a doubt, the worst-run doctor's office we've ever experienced. The front desk…read morestaff is consistently rude and seems unhappy to be there. They don't even know which insurance plans they accept--every one of our claims was incorrectly filed as out-of-network when they were actually in-network. Fixing this has been a major hassle, and despite multiple messages asking for the billing manager to call us back, no one has returned our calls. Instead, we were told that the doctor's wife handles billing, but no one knows when she comes in. We are now receiving final bill notices, yet the office has locked us out of the patient portal due to non-payment, making it impossible to access our records or communicate through that system. When my wife asked how she could reach her doctor or someone who could help, she was told to use the portal--the very one we had been locked out of. All we are trying to do is get them to resubmit these claims correctly as in-network so we can pay the bill and move on. That's it. And yet, we're met with roadblock after roadblock. To top it off, they advertise themselves as a concierge practice, which is laughable. Concierge medicine is supposed to provide premium care, personalized attention, and easy access to the physician and staff. Here, they don't even answer the phone over lunch. Why not stagger lunch breaks like any other service-oriented business instead of shutting down entirely? The final straw was when my wife--who is battling stage 4 cancer--called for the third time to resolve this, only to be scolded for trying to fix a 2024 billing issue in 2025. Unfortunately, we had more pressing matters last year. We're done. As soon as this gets resolved, we'll be finding a new doctor. If you're considering this practice, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Elizabeth Anderson Parks and her office…read more I had a 2:00 PM appointment for my annual physical, which I scheduled months in advance and took time off work to attend. I arrived at 1:56 PM--four minutes early--and was told by the receptionist that I was "late" and that the doctor might not see me. She contacted Dr. Anderson Parks, who declined to see me. I respectfully asked if they could check again, explaining that I had taken time off work and had arrived before my scheduled appointment time. A staff member (possibly a nurse or scheduler) came out, and followed up with the doctor, and I was told she would not see me. I was then informed that I was expected to arrive at 1:45 PM for a 2:00 PM appointment. However, this requirement was not clearly communicated to me. I showed proof on my phone of both my scheduled appointment time and my arrival, but the staff still refused to accommodate me. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager, I was given a contact name and number that turned out to be incorrect. When I called, I was told that no one by that name worked there. I have since filed a complaint with Endeavor Health, and they acknowledged that this situation was handled poorly. I regularly see many doctors and have had positive experiences elsewhere, which made this encounter even more awful. Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional medical office experiences I've had. I would not recommend this provider.

He's only prescribed and ordered what I feel are necessary medications and lab tests, and he personally calls us with our blood work results. I have never had a doctor call me personally.
