Overpriced, shoddy work at best -- Check prices elsewhere before buying here!!…read more I had a terrible experience at Elliott Gun Co. and won't be returning. I was sold a set of sights for $150, only to find out later they retail for $90. I was told installation would be free, but instead of using a proper sight pusher, Elliott used a hammer and punch, leaving visible scratches on the sights. When he handed the gun back, I immediately noticed the front sight looked crooked. Elliott insisted they were "dead straight" and told me that if I thought they were off, I should go to the range and bring him a grouping. When I asked how he could claim they were centered without using the right tools, he said his "eyes are dialed in" from years of experience. I took the firearm to another gunsmith for a second opinion -- and he confirmed right away that the front sight was crooked and the rear sight wasn't centered either. Between the markup, the poor installation, the scratches, and the dismissive attitude when I raised concerns, this was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for sight work or anything requiring precision.

Situated on Lancaster and 820 is this oldie, but goodie shooting range. When following turn by turn…read moreinstructions, make sure you keep your head up so you don't turn into the wrong establishment ( like I did ). Drive through the blue gate to the private parking lot. Once you enter, you're greeted by one of the seasoned and knowledgeable staff members. You can tell that they're used to seeing regulars, but they'll "gun talk" with you, until you're blue in the face if you want. Pricing is much fairer here than other places (see pic). I brought my own guns and ammunition to shoot, but they have a nice selection of firearms to rent if you aren't a connoisseur ;) There's ear covers and goggles (complimentary and required) if you did not bring your own. It is a pretty "tight" place, but the stalls (4/per room) are spacious enough to shoot and reload. I love the digital target screen that allows you to adjust the distance of your target (see pic). Minus the men folk using the ladies room (put the seat down plz -_- lol ). This place is very solid.
