He was super sweet and helped us decide what drinks to get. All of my dogs really enjoyed it too. I didn't ask, but I do wish they had some kind of dog menu so they could enjoy something too. They do have cold water for the dogs though, which was really nice. It was pretty hot when we went, but they had fans going all around, and if you want, they also have indoor seating. But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. The agua de limón tasted like a powdered lemonade. I paid $15 for just the burrito and the drink. You can get a steak bowl at Chipotle for $11, have a variety of options, and sit in a cool restaurant. I don't mind sitting in my car if it is a great eating experience. I may give their tacos a try another time, but I did request barbacoa, yet they said they were out. That was at noon. For now, this is a "no" for an $11 burrito.

As good as everything was, the Spicy Wings were the stand-out IMO. These wings are less - wait, nothing - like standard Buffalo Wings. The entire tip, flat, and drum are fried intact, yielding a super crispy bite here, a juicy succulent flat there, finished off with a meaty, few bites of a drum. Nothing burnt, dry, or overcooked.
