The BBQ is like new. But that isn't the best part. After Buzz finished the cleaning job, he realized the BBQ had lost power. He could have just left, and I wouldn't have known until I used it. He spent another 2 hours helping me get the BBQ working again. And, when he got back to the office, he followed through and sent me a link to buy the new parts I needed.
