I had a grill with the wrong gas type delivered so I called asking if they could switch my natural gas connection to propane. I let them know that the grill was for a birthday present and we had a BBQ planned for the weekend (one day away). They quickly looked up the necessary parts and offered installation options for the next morning so we could have the BBQ as planned. I appreciated their excellent customer service. read more

From start to finish, what a great experience. First, they actually answer the phone when you call to set an appointment. Genelle was very nice. Buzz came out, on time, and did an awesome job! The BBQ is like new. But that isn't the best part. After Buzz finished the cleaning job, he realized the BBQ had lost power. He could have just left, and I wouldn't have known until I used it. He spent another 2 hours helping me get the BBQ working again. And, when he got back to the office, he followed through and sent me a link to buy the new parts I needed. It's that kind of honesty and service I really appreciate. I have an Alfresca grill if that helps anyone. Pricing was fair and right in line with everyone else I looked at. read more

Prompt communication, friendly, and amazing results even with a very dirty grill. Buzz was meticulous with the cleaning and he provided recommendations on other repairs with no commitment or up-sell. His attention to detail and to the end result of his work are to a very high standard. On top of that, he arrived ahead of his scheduled appointment and was precise with his time estimate for completion. We use our grill weekly so I'll definitely be planning a yearly cleaning with Grill Pros. I spent 3-4 hours cleaning the grill myself last year and it looks nothing like how it does now. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Responsive, professional, and reliable are all words that I would use to describe this business. Buzz came on time and ready to work. I have never maintained my bbq pit and this was a first time for us. He took his time on our Bull BBQ and ensured it was as good as new!!! At the end, he also took the time to educate me on further maintenance and how to get the most out of my grill. Look no further and hire this small business to clean your grills for the upcoming summer. read more
