Just bought two patio heaters from Patio Pros. Their pricing was the same as Wal-Mart and Home Depot, except Patio Pros both had heaters in stock (unlike Home Depot) AND included delivery! Albert was friendly, professional, and he brought the heaters all the way up to the patio, and it is great to know I have them available anytime if I have any trouble down the road. I easily assembled them (it took longer to peel off the anti-scratch protective coating than it did to put everything together, it was so easy), and we fired them up this weekend with no problems! read more

Terrific customer service, I had 3 heaters that went out several months back and I just didn't have time to do the repairs again myself. I spent several different searches trying t find someone that does repairs and service. I contacted Patio Pros and Kevin replied within the hour. He I explained what was happening with all 3, he said he could do the repair, gave me an approximate amount and offered to pick up all 3!
