I finally bit the bullet when I saw Marc's advertisement up at a car wash and decided to call him. It was a sign! I'm so glad I did! Marc and Brent are two of the kindest men. They did an unbelievable job cleaning my dirty barbecue. Not only just from cooking but from outdoor elements -- it was really bad! It was almost embarrassing to uncover it to show them. Not only did they not judge me, but they did the hard job of getting it looking brand new. It's a 12-year-old barbecue! They managed to fix the igniter and they did an unbelievable job. They were very honest. They could've replaced the igniter and not tried to fix it, but they jiggled some wires and made it work again. I appreciate that honesty.
