Grill came out looking amazing. I use it a lot and rarely give it a good cleaning. This is the second time I used Akitoshi Grill cleaning and both times he was punctual and grill came out better than I hoped. Highly recommend read more

Akitoshi is a MUST hire for your grill cleaning needs! My boyfriend and I received a used grill that was completely rusted over. We were close to throwing it away because it was so dirty and old. William from Akitoshi worked magic on this grill (as seen in the after photos). He showed up on time with a full toolkit, including a tarp to make sure our yard didn't get dirty. He then spent 3+ hours working to clean the grill and made it shine! Finally, he went above and beyond to tell us what parts of the grill may not be working correctly and gave us recommendations on how to replace them. He is a true professional, and so good at what he does. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a big grill cleaning or even just a touch up! read more

William from Akitoshi Grill Cleaning responded quickly, and with the best competitive price for a complete grill cleaning service call. He was prompt, and did an outstanding job. He is friendly, personable, and very professional. We highly recommend William for your grill cleaning needs. What he serviced looks brand new, despite being a few years old at this point. The other bids-from competitors highly rated as well-came in substantially more than what William quoted... and delivered. You should definitely put him at the top of the list when considering this service. read more

I hired Will to clean a gas grill and smoker at my house. The gas grill was pretty filthy and the smoker was pretty beat up. Both were restored to good as new. An attention to detail that far surpasses anything I would have done myself, well worth the money. Will also fixed up some loose hinges on my smoker in the process and he left it in better condition than he found it. I won't hesitate to hire him again next season! read more

William was quick to respond and reply whenever I messaged him. He had to come quite a distance in traffic, so bless him for that. Very polite, respectful and communicative young man! I love that Akitoshi Grill cleaning is Veteran owned (it's actually was helpful in my decision between other grill cleaning companies). He got right to work and did a great job. Highly recommend! read more

A grill so clean, you could eat off it! Our grill hadn't been cleaned in over a decade. It's totally functional, so I was loathe to replace it just because it was corroded and filthy. I got new burners, seasoning plates and drip pan, then had Akitoshi come out and do their thing. Will was super communicative and punctual. When he arrived, and I told him about the grill, he said he was excited by the challenge. Well, he took the task to heart and eventually won! As a veteran and a mechanic, Will is able to take apart a grill and put it back with his eyes closed. It was comforting to know my heirloom of a grill was in safe hands. If you want your grill cleaned by a really nice person who's professional, obsessed with details and has the work ethic of a military vet, then you should call Will at Akitoshi. Oh, and their rates are the best in town! The best of all worlds. read more

Did a good job cleaning outdoor grill and full cooking area. Would use again. Got multiple quotes and they were most reasonable.

They were detailed and explained everything and even went over some pipe maintenance and were a good deal and will use them again. They also wanted to make sure to wipe the chemicals away before we used it so we don't ingest it which was smart and nice and thoughtful of them read more

I reached out to Will on Saturday and we made an appointment for Monday He arrived at the time he said he would and that it would probably take about two hours, little did he know how bad my grill really was. He worked outside on my grill for over three hours. It looks absolutely beautiful. He was so diligent and so concerned about keeping the area around it clean, making sure that he got all the burners all of the grills clean To say the least, this young man does a great job at what he does and then he went above and beyond I had just received patio furniture that was not assembled, he saw the stack of boxes in my backyard and we talked about it and he said he would come the next day and put it together for me. Well, he showed up Tuesday and did such a beautiful job putting my furniture together and then he cut all the boxes down, tie them up and put them outside on the curb for collection tomorrow This young man truly has a great work ethic. He's very soft spoken very kind and I would recommend him for absolutely anything. You would need him for around the house. My grill is absolutely shining. What a pleasure it was to do business with Will. Oh, and he only charged me his original fee, which was a flat fee. Normally he expects the cleaning to take only two hours, but he worked over 3 1/2. I made sure to tip him well If I could've given him 10 stars, I would read more

I left my Blackstone flat top outside over night and life kind of just happened so I had to throw it in the garage and forgot about it. It developed rust and all kinds of gunk over time. But William was able to clean it like and make look like it came right out of the box. He really does take pride in his work, provides the service that is requested in a timely manner, and holds a high standard for the quality of the job at hand. Prices are fair. Most definitely will be referring him to my friends and contacting him again if I need another service on my outdoor grill. read more
