this honest review is on my thoughts and opinions on the two cases I attempted to pursue with this law firm. I always do my research when looking for attorneys first with the Bar, then peer reviews from other attorneys that work with them or heard of them. based on those guidelines I was a bit hesitant but decided to interview them for potential representation. the first call with Ivy was great she was very pleasant, listened I didn't feel rushed. She came off as competent, fair, and not scared to go against more experienced attorneys than herself. So I thought....she then told me her "Partner" with the same last name as hers is more equipped to handle my case type tigran. I also advised her the person I want to sue is a retired attorney and she assured me she was not afraid to move forward. I had very organized notes timelines and pictures and a previous attorney did 99% of the work on one of the cases. anyone including myself could litigate both cases were easy the only reason I didn't pursue my cases on my own is because i'm aware opposing counsel wont take you seriously without a law degree. once she handed me off to her "Partner" thats where it went down hill, all over a miscommunication of booking an appointment I though was virtual. the email wording said your appointment is booked with our office on this day... never stating in person or confirming an address nothing, also who does in person lawsuit intakes anymore?? Tigran refused to do the intake over the phone or video that day which led me to believe he either double booked or was not in the office himself. he had a very bad attitude, an decided to say the next day at 10:30am we will do a video visit and stated I confirmed that spot which i had a trip planned weeks before meeting him that day?? he stopped responding all together. I even reached out to Ivy to express concerns of Tigrans aggressive attitude and boy oh boy her attitude changed she refused to speak to me acted like she didn't know me. then she sends me a system generated email saying she is unable to take on my case.??? wait a minute didn't you say when I met you this case type was not one you litigate?? which one is it?? you wasted 2 weeks of my time not because you didn't think I had a case but because your "partner" with the same last name as you didn't like me and you never investigated and immediately took his side and clearly he runs the show lol. or was Ivy just all bark and no bite. I should have listened to what I heard and avoid this law firm and also word of advice never deal with attorneys that are family members as the ones I come across seem to have a single train of thought. like did you and your "partner"hold hands and take your bar exam together ??. I'm so happy I dodged a bullet and am very happy that my case is so strong that other attorneys have stood in line to take this case. this law firm in my opinion is quantity over quality and if Ivy responds you wont intimidate me like you tried to do to the other reviewers with word play because you have a "law degree ESQ" never judge a book by its cover as I decided not to pursue my " JD in law" because I was too busy in school an additional 5 years than you getting my PHD in medicine. :-) read more

Five stars! I'd give 6 stars if I could. I had a very complicated case, being that it was a liability dispute due to an auto accident where the other party ran a red light and stuck me head on. The other party denied liability and my witness was not on the police report. The first attorney prior to GBG firm, did not want to continue the case after police report was finished and disengaged as my attorney. I was calling multiple top, big name attorneys/firms, but since it wasn't an easy "slam dunk" case, nobody wanted to represent me. I was then given the number to the GBG Law firm where I explained my case to an assistant and they said it would be reviewed before making a decision.
