He constantly kept me informed step by step where we were in the legal process. He always addressed all my questions and/or concerns in a timely manner. Going through a lawsuit is very stressful but Jonathan kept me motivated and focused on our main goal. He genuinely had my best interest in mind. At the end of the day he ultimately let me decide if we should settle or go to trial. He explained the pros and cons to both and never pressured me to do one over the other. I'm happy with the results and have no doubt without Jonathan my settlement wouldn't have been possible. I'm so thankful to have met him and the all the people in his firm that fought so hard for me. He literally changed my life. My family and I are a lot more financially comfortable now because of him. I'm forever grateful to Jonathan Lacour.

BEWARE: I reached out to this firm regarding a pregnancy discrimination arbitration case and it was…read morea mistake. I explained that the company had illegally acted, and that there was cause for damages damages, but because the employer was scrambling and trying to "fix" their violations, the reward would most likely be mid to minimal - and she agreed. But as I encouraged the firm to consider a small payday, the representative began to defend its practice by really convoluting the conversation with a number of contradictory theories. I tried my best to reason with the representative. But she began cutting me off and talking loudly to the point where I asked her to please lower her tone; that we were just two professionals talking. But she couldn't help herself. The representative just continued to cut me off. So much so that I couldn't even finish a sentence. I was hoping that this firm would be conforming and show empathy when going through a difficult time in life. I just wanted to share my experience. I am an Air Force veteran and this is my true and sworn testimony.

I had six or seven car accident cases happening at the same time--not individually over the years, but all at once. Talk about a juggling act! Somehow, Jacob managed every case with incredible knowledge, organization, and attention to detail. He knew my cases better than I did, even though I was the one who had lived through everything. I received excellent settlements on each of my cases, but one accident in particular was the catalyst for the pain and injuries that followed. Jacob negotiated an incredible settlement in that case--far beyond what many of his peers believed was possible. Honestly, I never expected the outcome he was able to achieve for me. What impressed me most was not just the results, but the fact that Jacob was always on top of everything. I felt like I was in extremely capable hands throughout the entire process. He understood the details, knew how to navigate the complexities of my cases, and fought to get me the best possible outcome. I honestly don't remember how I originally found Jacob, but I will be forever grateful that I did. If I am ever unfortunate enough to be involved in another car accident (knocking on wood!), Jacob Seropian will be the first person I call. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks, Jacob!!!

When I first reached out to Kevin after a recommendation from a friend, I was overwhelmed. Kevin took the time to understand every detail, asked thoughtful questions, and gave me an honest assessment. He was really understanding about both the legal issues and the human side of what I was going through. I never felt rushed or like I was just another case. I was facing an organization with virtually unlimited resources and some of the best lawyers in the world. That didn't intimidate him in the slightest. In fact, he seemed energized by the challenge. He had a clear, confident command of the law, but what impressed me even more was his strategic thinking. Every move had a purpose. He knew which arguments to make early, which issues to hold back, and how to position the case. Watching him work felt like a masterclass in litigation strategy... a true David v Goliath play by play. One thing that meant a lot to me was that he came up with a creative fee arrangement that aligned our incentives: resolve the matter quickly if possible, but be fully prepared to fight if necessary. That gave me enormous confidence that every recommendation he made was in my best interest. Throughout the process, he was responsive, thoughtful, honest, professional, and exceptionally easy to work with. He communicated clearly, explained complex legal issues in a way that made perfect sense, and always made sure I understood our options and why we were pursuing a particular strategy. Most importantly, I trusted him completely. If you're looking for an attorney who is brilliant, strategic, deeply ethical, and genuinely invested in getting the best possible outcome for you, I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough. We normally do not leave negative reviews, but after our experience with this law firm, we feel it…read moreis important to share what happened so other clients can make informed decisions. At the beginning, the consultation sounded professional and reassuring. However, as the case progressed, communication became increasingly frustrating. The original attorney and translator who first handled our case both left the firm within about a year, and the new team that took over seemed unfamiliar with the details of our situation and our expectations. We often felt we had to repeatedly explain the case from the beginning. One of our biggest concerns was billing transparency. We were surprised to see significant charges for tasks that appeared very basic, including researching public information, locating addresses, or searching online profiles. We understand legal work involves preparation behind the scenes, but many billable entries felt excessive relative to the actual progress of the case. Another frustrating issue was the lack of meaningful updates. Long periods would pass with little communication, while billing continued regularly. From a client perspective, it often felt like more effort was being spent generating billable hours than actively moving the case toward resolution. We also noticed a major difference between the level of attention given before signing the contract and the level of responsiveness afterward. Ironically, the detailed public response to our review felt more organized and thorough than much of the communication we experienced during representation. We understand litigation is difficult and no law firm can guarantee outcomes. This review reflects only our personal experience as clients. We simply hope future clients ask detailed questions about staffing continuity, billing practices, communication expectations, and case management before retaining this firm.
