I explained that this was incorrect, as I had already completed an ultrasound elsewhere. I had called the office twice prior to the appointment to confirm that my report had been received, and both times I was told it was on file. However, upon arrival, I was told they did not have the report. Fortunately, I had brought my own copy to provide. While I was attempting to clarify this issue at the front desk, one of the staff members abruptly and loudly stated, "my medical information and history" in front of everyone in the waiting room. This was extremely inappropriate and a clear breach of my privacy, as my personal medical information was shared publicly without my consent. When I calmly expressed that this was unprofessional and not appreciated, the staff members mocked me, closed the privacy screen, and proceeded to make unkind and unprofessional remarks about both me and my husband -- comments that we could still clearly hear through the window. After this, I requested the office manager's contact information, including their name, phone number, and email address, so I could report the incident and resolve the matter properly. The staff refused to provide that information, which I believe is another violation of my rights as a patient and a failure to allow me to report a serious concern. In addition to the privacy breach and unprofessional conduct, the appointment itself was incorrectly scheduled, and I was nearly charged for services that I did not request and should not have been billed for. The entire experience was distressing, unprofessional, and unacceptable for a healthcare environment that is supposed to prioritize confidentiality, respect, and patient care. I then called them about a week later to see if I could get the office managers email and phone number and was refused again. This was insane.

He also answered a few questions that I had about the dermatology profession while operating. The discussion also helped distract me while he dealt with extracting my lipoma which was very attached. My scar is improving in appearance as I continue my post op care of it. I liked that I was given the option to come back after 2 weeks and have them remove the suture (no knots were used) or just pull it out at home. My husband pulled it out and I didn't feel a thing! I've also had Dr Adams perform a procedure last year and I would recommend him or Dr Crosby to anyone in need of dermatologist.

As I was driving there I got a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment was supposed to start saying that I was not eligible for the coupon. I couldn't remember having ever gone there. They said I went there for a cleaning in 2012. I have no recollection of this. A few years ago I called around to all the dentists in town and left information because I was having an emergency. Perhaps it was from there. Regardless I had my whole day planned around this dentist appointment which they then informed me was NOT eligible for the coupon. Needless to say I will not be using this dentist and I do not recommend them.

Went there with my sister yesterday and we got the rudest doctor ever. After waiting for hours the doctor came back in saying she had concussion symptoms with no concussion? They tried to hurry us up but we were understandably concerned and confused so we asked over again what exactly that meant because that sounds like a concussion? When the doctor came back in she was extremely rude, staring with "so I heard we have some frustration on the diagnosis not being a concussion? Why is that?" In a snappy tone. After trying to explain why we were confused she said "are you a licensed medical professional? Do you know how to diagnose a concussion? Hm?" Nearly yelling at us. Then she said "it's been explained to you multiple times so I don't understand why you're still here" after trying to get any words in over the Doctor yelling over us we asked what she was supposed to do if she wasn't supposed to sustain another head injury if she's supposed to go to work the next day. She responded with "well maybe you need to decide if that job is worth it, you knew the risks." Then tried to compare her job to ours. Finally when we were fed up and left she just said "bye" in a terrible awful tone. Never coming here again because obviously the emergency department hires those with horrible attitudes and even worse care.

Cleanings, in the past, have been very painful and I truly had to convince myself to get another. Sierra was amazing. Very careful, thoughtful and gentle. I experienced very little pain or discomfort. The experience erased all fears I had stored up from the past. She is truly gifted. Dr. Melling took the time to explain the problem with my tooth and the options that he would recommend. He also noticed a problem that was on "watch" and made the x-rays to be sure it would continue to be monitored. I can highly recommend Melling Dental.

The shoulder has been great and I now plan on taking my dad into see him to make sure that the other orthopedic surgeon didn't mess up on a repair that he did years ago.

Also, really appreciate the cleanliness of this hospital. I didn't see one speck of trash anywhere. Hopefully I don't have to come back, but I would choose this hospital over and over again!
