Again, waited about 45 minutes, and were treated like idiots by the dr even though I am a nurse and speak the lingo. The Dr has horrible bedside manners and acts as if no one else can possibly understand what he is talking about because we aren't doctors like he is. Very annoying. We ended up canceling out procedure with him and going to Dr. Delcore. Much better in every way, including pricing.

After a week of trying to get resolution with him, his office and staff for a post-op complication, I had an emergency room visit and a trip to my primary care physician to resolve the problem and the complication. Dr Nakken has been uncaring, unconcerned, and unavailable throughout this whole ordeal. Dr Nakken's lack of concern for my recovery and his negligent post-op care has forever poisoned me towards him and Cedar Orthopedic. I will NEVER recommend this office or doctor to anyone.

As a patient and an American I have the right to be concerned about my health and well being. These are the same freedoms I fought for overseas. The sheet they gave me had very little info about what was to be expected after having carpal tunnel, and cubital tunnel surgery. Only what do to after a certain amount of time. The sheet has nothing about what's normal and what's not normal in terms of feeling and or pain issues related to the surgery. I had both surgeries on the same hand at once. This is my dominant hand. I literally felt like I was living in North Korea as he kept bringing up the fact that I kept calling every so often concerned about my surgery. This along with how they treated me, just shows what type of people they are. The fact that I feel like I can't even ask for help and or advice and get info is not normal. It's completely unacceptable as a patient. Surgery is a big decision and affects the rest of my life.

PA I saw had bad bedside manner and bad advice. Stared at me blankly while I was crying and worried about my arm which was broken 3 days prior. Now I'm rushing to make surgical appointments because I was told I probably wouldn't need it. I'm late to the game when I could have handled this sooner. Multiple doctors have recommended surgery to me. I understand that no one can be 100% when making a recommendation to a patient, but he was SO sure. Also wasn't super interested in looking at my xray before making these recommendations, which I found alarming and made me more worried about my situation. Definitely did not gain my trust. Maybe the doctors here are better. They knew I was from out of the area, so maybe they just weren't very invested in my care, but that's no excuse.

First , and probably most important, Dr. Grames was extremely thorough with a complete and extended examination and evaluation concerning my problem "hip/leg". I had complete confidence in his medical expertise evaluating my condition... from X-rays to physical examination. Second, he took the time to explain to me in understandable terms, my exact condition. He fully explained the ramifications of the condition. Thirdly, he fully explained all my various options and courses of different treatment with which I'm presented...with all the pro's and con's and expected results of various treatment approaches. He was super and truly attentive in fully answering all my various questions... which I had a lot. We concurred on an immediate treatment option, and without any delay, he immediately and very expertly located and performed a steroid injection procedure. His "bedside manner" made me feel entirely confident and comfortable in the procedure. All his staff, Austin and Elysa and Jaron, were equally competent and genuinely friendly and caring professionals. It was clearly evident that Dr. Grames personally cares about his patients. Sutak was the best at performing completed knee revisions and he was right. He Has gone out of his way to ensure I am getting the care I need. DR. Sutak and his staff intervened when I was having problems with a PICC line issue whereas my preferred provided was not returning my calls he stepped in and took care of it. My knee has a history of having two revisions and a removal of the knee cap. The second revision was due to an infection which I am not sure ever went away completely . DR. Sutak has has performed where no others would want to deal with my knee, as this time I had another infection and knee was also loose. You can not go wrong with this doctor. Jeff

Our daughter fell on her first day here and needed stitches they got us in quickly the facility was very clean and the doctor was very professional and helpful and they helped ease our very worried minds. When we went in to get the stitches out I kid you not I was in and out within 10 minutes that would never happen in Los Angeles. And the staff was so nice they took time to play with the baby and love on her thank you all so much for taking great care of us.
