Terrible, everyone at the Dixie office were the same, oh the next person will answer that for you. Well finally get to the person supposedly had the answers, nope the next person will take care of that if we call you back! They where supposed to fax my doctor to get the ok, and here it is weeks later, no call, so I called my doctor, they never faxed them anything. They suck!!! read more

i came in 8/29 at 6:20, and ana, bronstan & jaden were so nice. i recently just was told my mom has cancer.. so hearing them joke and talk to me and ask me about my day made me feel better because i had been crying in the parking lot before my appointment. this location is amazing and the staff is also amazing... i haven't met one bad staff member here. they all made me feel so great :( i've just been feeling not good and they all genuinely made my day. read more

Nothing good to say about biolife. I wish there were other places to donate. I have donated 15 years biolife is the worst of donation centers in My experience. They believe they are to big to fail and can do just fine without You. Not worth the disrespect. St. George needs more options. Many agree. Good luck. read more

Sydney at the front. Everytime she's working there it's always a problem with a bad attitude on top. Everyone else is nice

This is a poorly run facility. I went there three times and spent a total of about four hours filling out paperwork, going through interviews, etc. Only to (eventually), find out that I couldn't donate because I take pain medication for a chronic illness. This is ridiculous! If they told me right upfront that taking medications keep you from being eligible to donate it would've saved me a lot of time and hassle! They asked me if I took it every day and I said sometimes, but it's prescribed to take as needed. They said I couldn't donate because you can't take it the day you come in. I told them, "Fine. I won't take it the mornings I come in to donate." They still said no because "you take it every day." I tried to explain that I didn't have to take it and I could skip it, but they said no anyway. There is generally no consideration of your time when you go into this facility. They are slow and disorganized, and are not forthcoming with the requirements to donate. read more

Promotion wasn't honored and no recompensation despite app failure. I was promised $400 for my first month and ended up with $240. (I would have been happy with $300... or even $240 if that had been the advertisement!) This is not a small difference to this working mom putting her husband through medical school! I feel that not honoring promotions and taking responsibility for the app being down was unprofessional and I no longer trust this company. read more

I been very happy with Biolife crew members they always treat me nice and with respect.

Awesome People work here! I feel like a King when I come here. Who couldn't. Just think. Lay down while they take plasma out of your body, give you money, free WiFi, get out of the hot sun, sit in air conditioning, allow you play on your device or read. Who could beat that? Go on, I dare you! Simply Awesome! read more

Don't bother trying to get your friends signed up here. They have all these buddy bonus cards that give you (referring donor) a kickback after your friend donates a certain amount of times. You'll have to hound them, and constantly get the run around, to get the money. read more

Biolife is a great way to make extra money they have get promotional offers and yes we have all heard the ad saying be a life saver.. All of this is great.. I have only one issue with biolife. That is if you don't go consistently during the year and you wait for a few months they will make you do the process of getting a physical again. I believe it's important to make sure you are healthy to donate but seriously I didnt donate since august then they have a promotion so I go in to donate and it says I need a physical I ask a lady who works there what I have to do she said I would have to schedule an appointment and it would take at least 2 hours! I just did this back in May. Its only been 4 months since I donated and I need to redo the beginning donor process... The first sign up is a pain and I have had this happen a couple of times now and each time I leave extremely frustrated with the process of needing to do the 2 hr process again. I asked if they could override this and she said not even management can override it and I would have to set up an appointment. Bio life for myself is only worth it during the promotional offers and I wish they did them more often. Other than my frustrating experiences as such the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Wish the process was smooth and more consistent. read more
