Scheduling with her was a simple process and I was able to get an appointment within the week. On appointment day, my wait time was reasonable. The front desk ladies were very friendly and nice. When I got into my room, Dr. Larsen asked if a few medical assistants in-training could stay to observe. Thankfully, I consented, because they were all so kind and helped me with my baby who'd tagged along. Dr. Larsen was extremely thorough in checking my skin. She also explained everything she was doing, made sure I was always comfortable, and perfectly balanced reassurance with education. I did have one mole removed. First, it was literally painless!!! I'm afraid of needles and kind of a wimp, so I was very thankful and impressed with her skill! Second, she knew I was a cash pay patient, so she made sure to discuss costs with me before doing anything, and helped me brainstorm the less expensive ways to do things. Payment at the end was easy, and the charges were very reasonable. I feel so blessed to have found this office and Dr. Larsen!

In June of 2026, both myself and my husband received a bill showing 120 days past due from our service in 2024. Insurance paid their portion and we should not have had any other balance due. How does a business send a bill (first bill) showing 120 days past due when they chose not to bill is in 2024 or 2025? Of course, requests for a return call have not happened even though we have requested multiple times for a return call. Would not recommend.

The people there were phenomenal and got me set up with 2 pairs of new glasses in 2 hrs! It would've been faster, but they had to turn one set from puck into lenses. That took quite a bit of extra time. I needed these prescription glasses to be able to continue travels as I need them for driving. Everybody from the eyecare center, to reception to optometrist, we're all super pleasant and very helpful. It made this stressful situation, a pleasure to get handled!!

I think this is just part of their practice and they think they are so busy and making so much money that they can get away with their disregard for their patients. Well, I'm taking my business elsewhere. StG may be a small town, but there are other ophthalmologists who will be happy to have my business. I'll make sure my primary care physician knows so he can stop referring them to patients.

Sutak was the best at performing completed knee revisions and he was right. He Has gone out of his way to ensure I am getting the care I need. DR. Sutak and his staff intervened when I was having problems with a PICC line issue whereas my preferred provided was not returning my calls he stepped in and took care of it. My knee has a history of having two revisions and a removal of the knee cap. The second revision was due to an infection which I am not sure ever went away completely . DR. Sutak has has performed where no others would want to deal with my knee, as this time I had another infection and knee was also loose. You can not go wrong with this doctor. Jeff

Professional and kind staff, clean waiting room, just everyone coming together to help each other out. Really impressed. We had a really long wait time each of the three times, but geez, what can I say? They were helping other people out like us. Also, really authentic compassion. We paid $250.00 to go to the nearby pain clinic and went away feeling like our needs were unmet and the level of concern was nill.
