I did have a wait as well but it wasn't too bad. Once I got my food they checked it with me to make sure everything was correct. Once I was home I tried the fish. I didn't think that I would like it because it didn't look like the thicker catfish fillet that I was used to. But it was actually good. The wings were good and crispy too. I tried out a few of their flavors to see what I liked. I liked their sweet chili and their mango habanero sauce. The shrimp were ok. I would definitely order again.

The sauce on the wings was very underwhelming. The sauce was just OK but the wings were fried perfectly. The wings were the perfect size as well. I also purchased one fried catfish sandwhich. The fried catfish was prepared on the spot and it was very hot and fresh. The seasonings were very good if not for a wee bit salty (but I find most dishes salty so maybe it's just me). The catfish was crispy on the outside and juicy and soft on the inside. In my opinion it was fried perfectly. In fact I can't even fry catfish this well at home. The corn nuggets and fries were equally fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. The employees were attentive when I walked in, they greeted me, and seemed eager to take my order and as soon as my order was prepared I was notified. It took 10 minutes to prepare my food and that was an excellent wait. While I waited for my food several others came and ordered and I could tell this restaurant does brisk business.
