A huge thank-you to Chase for his exceptional customer service. He kept me informed every step of the way, was honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. The shop that installed had misdiagnosed it and we went to another shop to see what they could find. Nobody could figure what was wrong. So I bring it to Aaron and his team and Randy figured it out and fixed it. I cannot tell you how happy we are to finally resolve this squeaky issue and can drive our truck with no annoying sounds. They actually did a custom electric cut off valve for our Flowmaster exhaust that is like no other. We wanted the ability to open and close our exhaust valves for a quieter sound and cabin sound as well. Hands off to the team here. We cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and competitive rates and communication on the job. Great quality work done here.

I really appreciate that they gave me different options on ways to save money on parts (OEM vs aftermarket) for my repair since I was a cash paying customer. I got a quote from Caliber Collision and the price difference was shocking! As it turns out Milstead is a much better equipped body shop because they had the technicians and equipment on hand and did not need to hire anyone out to do recalibrations for the sensors on my bumper which that alone saved me $400-600. To top it off they offered a courtesy car wash and interior vacuum which I wasn't at all expecting. Thank you Milstead for going totally out of your way to serve your customer. An update from my original review. The bolts on the oil pan I had these people put on were not…read moreproperly torque down. As a result, the gasket between the pan and engine did not properly seal leading to it leaking. The parts had no issues with them and the installation failed. A gasket failure could only be fixed by taking the pan back off and because I was not in the area I had to get it fixed elsewhere. After learning why it failed I made several attempts to contact McCrary's and let several voice mails explaining the situation but none of my calls have been answered nor have I been called back. I would not take my vehicle here even if it broke down in front of their shop as they cannot preform something as simple as torquing the bolts down properly to is sure the part stays in place. These people can't preform basic installation steps and will avoid you if you try to get your money back after they fail the job.
