Troy came out…read moreand inspected the area in question and the rest of the house foundation, crawl space and garage. He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. Highly recommend.

The first time the technician got rid of them within about 2-3 months. For years I didn't have anymore then they started coming back. I called Orkin right away when I saw them again. Now it has been 2 years and they still run rampant through my house!. Personal items, pictures and appliances have been ruined! Currently they have someone harassing me on the phone about a payment they are due! I believe the second technician was using water to fight the bugs out of a big can he was carrying!! do not use them!!

We're several months in to a very hot summer and have been so pleased (and honestly shocked) with the results! We saw two in the first few weeks after the initial application (which can be expected), so with a quick text to their scheduling line, they were back out to do a follow-up sweep around the house and since then we have been roach-free amazingly. They're super easy to work with and schedule, all can be done over text, and Kevin was so friendly, professional, and efficient. I had no trouble with scheduling our initial and follow-up visit, they got back to me right away after my inquiry. Highly recommend!

I never heard back after sending more than a dozen text and leaving multiple message. I assume they went out of business but then reading post here perhaps they have not after being a standing customer for nearly 4 years. It's disappointing to not get a return call. I tried every number including the WhatsApp contact and the email. I even entered a request through the email like a new client and still no return response. Product wise I would be very highly and very kind, but I find the lack of response to be highly unprofessional in the service overall unreliable.
