It has been an easy and professional process dealing with this company from start to finish. From Justin's thorough roof inspection including photos and descriptions, his explantion of the different products and pricing options, and receipt of a very fair and reasonable quote to Dave's on the job supervision and efforts, we couldn't be happier. Dave kept us fully informed throughout the install as the removal of the 2 layers of old roofing on this 1904 century home resulted in some not too surprising extra expenses. The crew showed up on time, worked non stop until nightfall and showed up first thing the next morning to finish and leave us with a nail free yard ( okay, we found 2 lol!). We were so impressed by the care the entire team put into this roofing project from start to finish. Quick response to my texts/ emails/ phone calls throughout. Even when the gutters needed to be adjusted for proper drainage the issue was resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. I finally met a contractor who cares as much as I do! Their level of professionalism, product quality and warranty is a rarity. Thank you At Your Service Roofing for the great job in Lakewood Ohio! I wish you the very best on expansion into NE Ohio. Jeremy Is knowledgeable, honest, and responsive to every question, concern, text message, etc. Jeremy's timelines were surprisingly quick and completely accurate. His description of the process was spot on and never once did the work run over the quote he provided. Clearview not only replaced the traditional asphalt roof on our garage, but also repaired our metal porch roofs, slate shingles on the main structure, and reconstructed entire box gutters--which is not an easy task. We are beyond impressed with Clearview Construction and will always use them in the future for any projects we can.

Recently, I had an unfortunate encounter with a contractor I hired to disassemble a chimney and remove a bee hive that had been built inside the chimney. This particular contractor did not tear down the chimney properly or seal it off correctly and ended up causing thousands of dollars in damage to our home. I immediately called Jeremy from Clearview Construction (which I should have done from the start) because he had previously done excellent work on repairing water damage in our mud room. He came right out and took photos of the damage and what needed done. Unlike the previous contractor he wrote up a professional contract, helped me figure out how I could afford to get all the work done and started as soon as the weather allowed. He took care of ordering all the materials, his team was delightful, he always took my calls and texts and was extremely responsive and communicated his intentions. Good communication is rare in construction work and it was much appreciated. They were always there when they said they would be there and completely the work in a timely fashion. Jermey and his team really went above and beyond. When I had trouble finding a beekeeper (who was also fantastic), Jeremy reached out and found one for me. He even offered to testify in small claims court against the other contractor. Clearview Construction is worth every penny. You can't do any better, from the office staff to the team who completed the work....an all around awesome group of people. Please don't be like me and try to cut corners. If I had hired Jeremy from the start I would have saved upwards of $10,000 because the work would have been done right the first time. Trust me when I say Clearview Construction is the only company that will work on my 120 year old home going forward.
