Can't say enough about the exceptional customer service I received at Grieco Collision Center in Johnston, Rhode Island. I was sideswiped by a US Foods delivery truck on the highway leaving the entire passenger side of the car damaged and the passenger side mirror hanging by a wire. (luckily no injuries) From start to finish they went above and beyond reaching out to me making me feel like I wasn't just another customer to them but a person who they truly cared about and wanted to help. I brought my 2004 Mazdaspeed Miata to Grieco Collision in November 2021 to have the rocker panels replaced. The quality of the work was excellent and done in a timely manner. The feedback was great. In February 2022 my car was rear ended. I brought my car back to Grieco Collision. Josh, Customer Service Advisor, handled all the details of the process from filing the claim to any issues with the insurance company paying for the damage and also the car rental. My Highlander was rear ended and needed a good amount of work. While I did need to wait longer than I hoped for the repairs(supply chain issues, not their fault)... I was more than pleased when i got it back! Lin stayed in contact with me the whole time, providing updates and was always a pleasure.
