I could have bought a new carburetor for that. I asked if they thought they should have called, if the bill was going to be so unreasonable. They said yes, they called, did not get an answer so did the work anyway. I was then told my son approved the work and had to ask 3 times to determine that this was AFTER the work was finished. It seems I was billed near $100 for cleaning an old gas tank, I have several new ones that cost me a lot less. I can not recommend this service, if forced to use them I would recommend a written estimate.

I didn't even want to touch the door knob. Once inside there are layers and layers of years of dust and rust covering everything. Display roofing said dark green, but it was covered in so many layers of dust it appears gray. The display racks were old and eroded with rust. I was very happy to wear a mask upon entering otherwise I can't imagine what I would have breathed in while there. They have a wide variety of building and hardware related items, but everything is very dusty. We had to wait for an older gentleman to wait on us while he was carrying on a conversation with someone standing at the counter. He then asked what we were looking for, but was rather abrupt and his attitude came across as we were an inconvenience. My husband asked for something specific which he had to walk upstairs to get and was rather rude about it so much so that my husband actually apologized to him for having to go out of his way to get what we needed, My husband walked out and left me there to pay, I gave the man my credit card and HE THREW it toward me on the counter. Literally threw it! My rating is the lowest for all the reasons above. If you can shop elsewhere...do it!!

We did not have a good experience with Twin Tier Kitchen and Bath. The countertop that they…read moreinstalled had a 1/2" in diameter gouge in it and the one seam was way too obvious. When I spoke with the Brian, the owner, he informed me that the countertop was "installed according to industry standards". Apparently, this is his go to excuse. I then sent him pictures showing the damage and the terrible seam. He finally agreed to come and address it. I want to mention that we are less than one mile away from his shop. He did an OK job on the seam, but refused to address the damaged area. Recommendation, stay away from this clown. He is a dishonest man.
