Are used Jerry's Tree Serv us to remove five trees. Three were large thick maples. One overhanging the house which he did Flower see on the other one overhanging the neighbors yard who expressed concerns that I don't put a single leaf over her front and he was very careful and did an expert job, the rest of the trees were not complicated and he took them down quickly and did a responsible job grinding. He's done several jobs in my neighborhood for other neighbors and they've all been happy with him. I can think of at least three immediately, and we are amazed at the care And quality of his work. He often seems to use a crane to hold the trees while he cuts pieces off the large trees. The crane must be 70 feet tall the prices I thought we're high, but I really have no experience and what it cost for tree work. read more

The service was taking care of my neighbors tree that had overgrown right on the boarder of the two properties. We have a fence separator and a large parking area. When they came to remove the tree, no respect for our property at all! He simply drove onto our property and begin working on the tree. When I asked him, after returning home, what was going on - he just stared at me. Really!? One of the workers asked me if I wanted them to drive on the neighbors lawn....why would I care? It's not my problem and I should not have been brought into it, period! Then after they left, I reviewed the parking area and of course, one of the fence links are dented - was not surprised!! Hired Jerry's Tree Service last Thursday to remove a tree that fell on our neighbor's fence following a storm. He took care of the piece on our neighbor's property immediately but understandably had to reschedule to this week to finish the job. His crew just left and did a great job. I would love to say they were quick and got the job done, but they tainted my experience by clearing my entire back yard minus ONE TREE. I had asked them to clear the entire backyard, but once they "finished," there was one tree left! Then they tried to charge me $600 to take the last tree down. This tree was clearly in the range of where I had asked them to clear since they had removed trees from both sides. If they're a supposed to be a professional business, they didn't act like it. read more

Jerry responded immediately when called, gave me an estimate on the spot, showed up on schedule and did a wonderful job. Unreliable! Came to do estimate, we agreed on price and what was to be done, said he'd be back in two weeks. Never showed! Several phone calls made over the course of a 2+ months. Secretary kept promising he'd be coming in a few days, but that never happened. She finally had him call me. He couldn't give a definite day, as we were "not on the schedule".
