I was ready and waiting for them. No one showed up. I had to cancel my appointment. When I request a taxi, I expect them to be there. That's what they're for. I will not deal with them again and do not recommend them. Taxi service in this town used to be great. Now it is just lousy. I don't know how they stay in business. Their website does not work. They do not reply to email. I guess they're close to going out of business.

What picked up my daughter on her wedding day was a small crossover SUV. So plain and small, just an ordinary car. It was ridiculous. But of course, you are required to pre-pay the whole amount, so there is nothing you can do. The day after the wedding I emailed to express my disappointment. Tami asked what they could do to make it right. I requested a 50% refund. She agreed. I never got it, even though I have emailed two more times.

I wasn't even at the mechanic yet. He said he could be there in 10 minutes. He was there in 8 minutes. The cab wasn't pretty, it wasn't in the best condition.
