He came and got us in Denver at midnight while the rest of my fellow passengers scurried into shuttle buses to head off to the voucher hotels and try their luck at connecting in the morning. We were delivered safely to our hotel by 2:00am. I was asleep the whole ride. By the way - I was traveling with an infant. He got us a Car seat last minute. Whenever I come into ski we're going to use you all again! Stay safe out there and thanks again for saving the day!

We did a family trip up to the mountains for a couple of days and on our way back home, we stopped by the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens because I knew my mother in-law loved flowers and I thought she would enjoy it here. We parked in the parking lot next to the big open field. Unfortunately there was an event that day and we had to pay I think $10 (can't remember the exact amount). I guess it evened out since the garden is free? Anywho, the garden was a short walk from the parking lot. It's named after the former first lady who preferred Vail as their vacation spot and helped the community flourish to what it is today. There's signage throughout the garden to read about Betty Ford, the plants, and wild life. It's a small garden, but there are plants from all over the world and we enjoyed strolling through the various paths. My mother in-law enjoyed it as well, so mission accomplished! If you're in the area and love plants and flowers, it's worth a quick stop, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

It was so peaceful and enchanting to walk around the garden. In addition to plants and flowers, we also saw lots of butterflies and hummingbirds. He even stopped for us to get some lunch, since our party consists of 4 adults and three boys (ages, 15, 12 and 6). The ride to Vail was smooth and steady, despite occasional snow shower and snow flurry. Vailcoach took us back to Denver....right on time for us to leaisurely check in, get something to eat and board the plane. They timed it exactly, projecting traffic conditions on a weekday afternoon hitting Denver outskirt at 5 PM (rush hour). Again the driver was excellent. It was indeed the best deal in town in terms of costs as well. We definitely will use them again, when we go back to Vail. For added value, both drivers knew much about the area and what it offers and was very helpful in giving us tips that made our vacation that much more comfortable and fun. This included informing us that we don't need a car in Vail and how the local transportation took us everywhere we needed to go, as well as a 25% on ski rentals

I want to let folks know they should not use this service…read more Here is our story. In February, we booked a shuttle between Denver and Granby to C Lazy U ranch. The driver picked us up early from the airport which we thought was great, however the ride to the ranch was not pleasant. 1. The driver (Austin) spent most of the drive texting even after we pointed out that he should not be texting while driving. He tried to hide that he was doing this. Texting and driving is illegal and and dangerous. We were on winding mountain roads. The fact that we asked him to stop and he continued is reason for termination. 2. He drove very slowly and behind huge semis for most of the ride. 3. He talked incessantly about non-sense annoying us. For our ride back, he stranded us. We had a 5am pick up from our ranch. We received a reminder the night before stating it was a 5am pick up. He texted at 4am telling us he will be there soon. We responded saying our ride is for 5am pick up, but he didn't respond. He wasn't there at 5 am. We tied calling him but he didn't pick up. He finally texted us back and said we missed the shuttle because we weren't ready at 4am and to call the office. Well it was 5:30am and the office didn't open until 8am. We had a 10:20 flight which is 2.5 hrs from Granby. What the hell? Apparently, in very fine print somewhere it says that there is this 55 min window before your scheduled pick up time when you have to be ready, but it was not communicated in any materials except the fine print. Overall their communication is terrible and their customer service is worse. With this very strange rule (why would I be ready for pick up at 4am if all the reminders say 5am?!?!?) they should be reminding their customers. When we did get in touch with the office they said "too bad we don't refund for missed rides." They wouldn't even consider that they didn't effectively communicate their "rule". I have no problem with clear rules however this "rule" was not clear, they didn't call it out to us, they didn't remind us in any comms, at drop off the driver didn't remind us, and all the confirmation texts and emails said a 5am pick up. Management clearly doesn't care about their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

At 5:59pm I was instructed by text to meet the driver at a specific pickup location. I arrived there shortly afterward, but the driver was not present. I received multiple texts stating "take me about three minutes to get there," "3 minutes," "I'm coming," etc. Yet the vehicle did not arrive until approximately 6:40pm. As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. I'm sharing this experience for travelers who prioritize reliability and clear communication when arranging airport transportation.
