When our travel plans changed Alexa was very responsive and understanding. All of my inquiries were addressed with an immediate response. We flew into CO for a week. Craig welcomed us at the airport and also drove us to Breck the next day. He was so patient and kind especially when I asked him about the area. Craig even gave me a list of suggestions (where to dine, popular dishes etc) This was very helpful!! Erik picked us to a few days later and took us to a snowmobile activity. Bad Colorado weather is their business. We booked a large suv for 4 from eagle to aspen when our…read moreaspen flight was canceled. We got a compact suv and didn't complain. Pricing was high but bad weather requires us to pay. We then tried to book a return from aspen to eagle on short notice. They appeared helpful. The weather cleared and we canceled the ride. WE suggested a cancellation fee and we're quoted IN WRITING $200. I was then charged $575 on my CC. I contacted snowflake to point this out and was greeted with nasty pushback. The company began to make excuses why the written quote wasn't valid. Subsequently snowflake provided a $125 credit and a new bill for $450 even after providing their written quote. Bad business and not honorable people. Will never use them again.
