The trip started off by the bus being 40 min late in Utica. We were told our 730 bus would not be arriving until 9am. The bus showed up around 810 am. An employee named Chip alerted us that it was there and as we went to gather our badges the bus took off. Chip ran after the bus and luckily caught up to it and we were able to board. The bus driver never took our tickets to see if we were on the right bus. The greyhound bus was dirty, the heat did not work . The drivers window was filthy and he never turned on the wipers probably because the defrost didn't work either. The whole experience was awful . Chip the employee however was doing his best to keep us informed of delays , times etc and he ran after the bus. Greyhound sucks. read more
