Greyhound is not like it used to be there is no more customer service in Greyhound. I have seen women and children being placed out in the snow. Rain really bad weather in Greyhound has no remorse about doing their customers like that. The buses are always not on time and God forbid if you happen to be on the bus that is late Greyhound frowns on correcting your ticket so you can catch the next available Bus. And if your bus happens to be for the following day because it's overbooked for the next day, you have to sleep on the hard floor or the hard metal benches that they have to offer. read more

My son is currently on a bus originally scheduled to go fron Norman OK to Seattle WA.. Their system has somehow changed his itinerary. Instead they scheduled him to go to Denver CO. An employee managed to get him on a bus to Minnesota, where he was suppose to be for a 4 hour stop. At 2am arrival, bus station closes til 7 am. Then he has no idea if they will expect him to purchase another ticket, or if he will even be allowed to go to his original destination..? He has a job to be at Wednesday so needs to be there as scheduled at 6 pm Tuesday As his ticket originally stated. Horrible employees, absolutely disrespectful, and with a disgusting environment. Bus left early and with less than five minutes for all customers to board. Staff told us different information. Every moment they threatened to "cancel our tickets" for no apparent reason. They refuse to uphold Greyhound's official hours, closing the station, and kicking out elderly, disabled, and children in 100° heat or 10° cold, with zero remorse. Reading other reviews, it seems like they consistently close the bus station for no reason and lock out customers. And somehow they have an attitude about it. I can't imagine being that disrespectful to customers and then telling them to shut up when they ask simple questions. The woman who seemed to be in charge was on a pathetic power trip. Maybe she feels powerless in her own life so she has to take it out on desperate people to feel less bad about herself. Or maybe that's just how she is inside and out. Either way, her behavior was unacceptable. It makes sense why she was wearing a skintight romper instead of a uniform with a name tag like the rest of the employees around her. I came to the greyhound station/drop off point to drop off some family members this morning and I was completely disgusted. The location smelled and was dirty and was clearly lacking maintenance and upkeep. The staff member that assisted me was rude unprofessional and completely underdressed. As a public facing employee I would expect someone that works at transportation locations to be well groomed and dressed to assist customers with a smile. Instead I was greeted by someone who clearly does not like her job and was in her pijamas and slippers and socks. She was also extremely rude and racially profiled me and my family. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome and as a LEGAL US CITIZEN I do not appreciate being stereotyped by the color of my skin or background. The buses do not have numbered seats and they do not respect that you paid extra for assigned seats. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life hands down. The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because I can't leave a review without at least a 1. The employees are very unprofessional. rude. aggressive and violent! The company allows this lady to continue to work here and get into alterations with people. This individual did not allow my elderly mother to plug in her oxygen, and instead kicked us and other customers out of the office ! She then proceeded to tell us that she was going to kick us off the bus with NO refund because we questioned her customer service skills, or should I say lack of . She followed my elderly mother and I outside and proceeded to call her out if her and while consistently using the F word in front of about 25-30 customers outside waiting to board the busses she then proceeded to attack and hit my elderly mother. Greyhound needs to be put of business!! We vooked a bus from Grand Junction. For a special needs family member. She waited for over 6 hours as we called Greyhound.com, Greyhound Bus terminals in Colorado, Texas, and Oklahoma, and Flixbus. She was told to wait because none of their systems showed the bus at all or there was no way to track the bus. A stranger called the transportation department to find out that the Greyhound is no longer running in Grand Junction at that location although the ticket was purchased only a few days before! This is the smallest and worst Greyhound that I've been to the only good thing about this place is that they have free Wi-Fi and you can plug in your electronics. Other than that there is nothing good to say I had to remind the agent behind the desk to announce when we were boarding... Bus driver asked Kathy Kelly; security, to make an announcement and she refused. Then the Bus Driver left without giving an announcement. The OKC (Oklahoma City) Greyhound station is really small, and can be crammed a lot of times for buses and customers. The ticket agents are pretty nice, but have that "bored" appearance, as they stagger and print tickets and itineraries. There is a gas station almost exactly across the road. Let's keep this 1 star train rolling. I've been on this bus line more times than I'd like to admit. Being without a car, it's a cheap and 'easy' way for me to get from OKC to Dewey or beyond. My first experience was going from OKC to Knoxville, TN (As if that's not awful enough). The trip TO the first stop was... so-so? Before I even got on the bus they looked at my ticket and said it was for the wrong time. WHAT? Does time work differently in a Greyhound station? I know that others were disappointed with the service at the Oklahoma Greyhound Station but I was just there & I was surprised with how nice everything was. I'm not too sure how old this station is but it seemed to be rather new. I didn't have to buy a ticket here but the gentleman at the counter wasn't too friendly. Sort of stern but he answered my questions. Everything was clean & the service people were friendly & helped us with our bags, etc. I wouldn't have any issue about going through this station again!
