Saw other reviews stating that E-Ticket wasn't working out so well so I ordered my ticket online to…read morepick it up at the station...the guy was pretty rude, acted as so I should already know what I'm doing but it was my first time riding the greyhound so I didn't :p there's a sign saying to consult an employee for the restrooms, so I did, and the guy totally ignored me so I waited patiently for 3 mins until he finally felt like considering my needs..the bus driver harassed me a bit because he didn't believe i was an adult, was very rude to me, denying my age and the year I was born even after I showed my ID oh, and the driver showed up about 10 mins late but got to the destination 10 mins earlier so I guess that doesn't bug me so much ;p

I was pleasantly surprised. Once I understood how to read the bus routes it was easy. At some stops the bus was a little late, but it's to be expected. All the drivers were friendly, cordial and professional. Here's a tip; buy the refillable ride card if you're going to ride often, to save time and money. It doesn't run on after 7pm-ish, Sundays or holidays...that's fine. Worth it!
