If I could give ZERO stars I would, absolute worst experience ever. Got a bus ticket for my son to…read morego from Yuma to Phoenix. Arrived 30 mins early and waited, waited waited.....no bus! Called greyhound they said it was a 3rd party bus provider called FLIX that they scheduled the trip through and they couldn't track the bus nor could they help me, I had to call FLIX to see where the bus was (at this point the bus is now an hour late). FLIX told me that they needed a booking number, I gave them every number that was on the ticket and in the email, nothing worked. They couldn't find the reservation via name or email either, it had to be this specific booking number that apparently Greyhound doesn't give you on the ticket when you book through them. Asked if she could look up the bus number and she said no also. My son was able to find the bus schedule for that day and his bus number said it left at 9pm (my sons ticket was for 1020pm departure). I called greyhound back and asked to speak to a supervisor ", was put on hold for 27 mins only to have an automated robot get on the line and repeat "hello, hello? Can you hear me? I can't hear you". I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor again and was on hold over 30 mins that time, again same automated sounding robot voice. So they were giving me the run around. I asked Greyhound for a refund and the customer service guy told me that he was a 3rd party international answering service out of the Phillipines and they had nothing to do with refunds, I had to do it online and the online refund request website was currently down for maintenance (how convenient)!!! The next bus out was 2 days away and it was a 27 hour bus ride to get to phoenix putting him in the following day. He had to be back at work on Tues (hence why we got a Monday night ticket) and that other option would have put him into phoenix at 3am Thursday morning. So I start looking for surrounding areas to see if there's a ticket I can get him. At this point, we waited 2.5 hours on the Yuma bus that never came. Found a Quartzsite but rocket for 2am getting into phoenix 5am so he can make it to work. Drove an hour and half to get there and arrived 35 mins early, no bus showed up there either. This was a greyhound bus so I could track where the busses location was. The bus never even exited the freeway, totally skipped over this bus stop. So again I had to buy another ticket to get him on the 5am bus now. I paid 3 times to get him A bus tickets I was up through the night waiting at bus stops. And out all that money because greyhound doesn't do refunds through customer service, you have to submit a refund request via email request. Last time this happens and a bus didn't show and we ended up driving my son back to phoenix, we never got our money back. Buyer beware!!!

I was having dental surgery done in the border town of Los Algodones. I told Vick when he dropped me off for my appt. that I wasn't sure when I would be done, though I guessed around 5:30 or 6:00. I said I would call him when I was ready to go. I didn't get out til about 7:30 and it was getting dark. I called Vick and he said he was waiting at the Port of Entry! I was so grateful and relieved! He didn't even wait for my call. He just made a point of being there! All I can say is his service goes above and beyond any other service in the area, Believe me, I had the chance to find that truth out personally. Two cab companies I tried were very late after they had promised they were 10 minutes away! You can be sure Vick will be there when you expect him to be, in a clean car, with a capable reassuring demeanor. I am scheduled to come back to Yuma in late August. I have already booked Vick to pick me up.

Every stall was covered in feces and was completely unserviceable. You had to have a coin to get into the bathrooms and yet they still were filthy. Maybe because it's right next to the Mexican border they don't care but we are still paying customers and deserve at least clean facilities before going on an extensive bus ride.
