I found the uniformed driver waiting outside my house with an umbrella and offered to carry my bags for me. When you are getting picked up at the airport, you can expect to find the driver waiting for you at the baggage claim with a sign. If you checked a bag they will know what carousal you are at and will carry your bags to the car if needed. The cars are always freshly detailed, and you overall get a much higher level of service. All of their cars are the highest level of trim typically with seat heaters and leather seats in the back. My favorite is the Lincoln Continental. Working with the rental company's system no one had come to pick us up and take us to a hotel and our 95 year old Dad was getting very tired. Per the rental company we called Akron Express Taxi and Harry drove an hour to get us, then an hour back, and recommended a good hotel that we were able to get 2 rooms during the summer season late at night. We had a lot of stuff in the car and he kindly helped us transfer everything. The next day my sister needed to get her wallet out of the rental car so he drove her there and back again, and then to the airport to pick up the replacement rental car. Harry was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind to three weary travelers having rental car problems. I highly recommend Akron Express Taxi if you're in the area.
