This is my first time seeing a horror show on Broadway. From the moment the curtain opens, you are drawn into the story
It is not a jump out at you Friday the 13th or Scream kind of horror. It is more of a cerebral and psychological supernatural thriller.
Loved Tatiana Maslany since Orphan Black and Laurie Metcalf from her varied roles. Both actresses gave an excellent performance, and the children were creepy.
The story could be confusing, but I think I got it by the end.
There are two things i wish were changed. I felt the last 10 minutes of the play should be cut off or reworked . Even though it is a 1 hour 40 minute show, I wish there were an intermission. The seats at the lyceium theater are small and cramped since it is an older theater, an intermission would allow you to stretch. read more
