This time she COULD NOT find our paperwork. We saw her scramble in the back and ask other co-workers. Once she returned she said we were 3rd in line. When we were finally seen-- we were the 4th in line to be called and two people who checked in after us for their 1:15pm and 1:30pm appointments were called BEFORE us. WE WAITED A TOTAL OF 3 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. We were really upset by this point. Reception had a lack of organization and abysmal management of customer walk-in and appointments. I strongly recommend that this is something that needs to be reviewed and improved upon. Other than that I would recommend their services- that's if you can get past reception.

Wish I could do 3.5, or better yet, 4 (if they had actually reached out instead of offering to help via Yelp). Sorry, need to agree to disagree. There weren't that many online questions, and one would hope the purpose was to match you with the right person. But 2 of the few questions were how much my company and I personally made per year. If the firm interests you, I would recommend you call them - not use the online gatekeeper. Other reviewers are certainly positive about their interpersonal skills. I never feel rushed or anything like that. A reminder is sent in December to let you know that you should schedule an appointment or upload all your documents to the SmartVault before the appointment or as a substitute for your appointment. Smart Vault is where they store all your past tax documents, which comes in handy if it's ever needed. This year, I decided to explore the other options and utilized the SmartVault option, so all I had to do was upload all my documents and just wait until Joe get a chance to process it. Joe called me with additional questions. After all said and done, he sent me notification that it's ready to file, and all I had to do was reviewed, signed, scanned, and upload to SmartVault for filing. The invoice for the service is also included, and you can make a payment over the phone with Sally. This is so convenient, and such an innovation way to do your taxes without having to leave the comfort of your home and fight traffic. Super awesome! And I will definitely be back, and suggest you do too!
