I took her car into Rick's Automative on Main. They were quickly able to tell me that a bolt had fallen out of the brake assembly. After a quick search, they found the bolt in their spare part bin. Thanks to Rick's Automotive for getting me back on the road so quickly and for being an honest shop! (and again thanks for the the bolt from the spare parts bin)

Action Golf Carts provided exceptional service! Cameron was beyond amazing and incredibly helpful…read morethroughout the entire process. I'm located four hours away and was referred to Action Golf Carts for help with a charger issue. Cameron took the time to message with me, discuss my options, and try to help me find the charger I needed. Unfortunately, the charger I originally needed is no longer being manufactured, but Cameron found a second option. Since I'm so far away, he even contacted another shop closer to me and is willing to work with them to help me find an alternative charging solution for my golf cart. He could have simply said, "Sorry, we can't help," but instead, he went above and beyond. I cannot thank him enough for his time, knowledge, and willingness to help. Cameron is truly a gem! If you're looking for a golf cart or need assistance, definitely check out Action Golf Carts!

David was amazing to work with! He patiently listed to us and gave us the pros and cons of each choice. We test drove several models. I found the one we wanted but it was the wrong color. Well he found a solution for that and we now have exactly what we want! We had a problem with setting up the charging and when I called he came to our house the same day! Even though the problem was caused by a bad plug in our garage, he again patiently found the solution we needed. We couldn't be happier with our golf cart and with the service we received! Thank you David!

Had a car not from them, went here to look as some people told us they were good.Found a car we…read moreliked here that we got in November of 2025 one week after getting it the airbag light would come on randomly and turn off stabilitrak and traction control on it.It was a 2013 gold tahoe and had issue after issue I was very very excited for this car until this and until paying $650 for this car a month with insurance and payments combined just to have this many issues. We called and asked if they could fix it as we were told it was as is but wanted to see if we bought the part if they would as they told us they would. Unfortunately this came with being told it could take two days for them to even look at it and we'd have to leave it there and this was our only car and they knew that. When I went there I saw someone waiting and a car in the shop that looked to be like it was getting worked on so not sure why they could be there and we couldn't when we had no choice.Since we got the car it's been issue after issue we were not informed about and it's issues that don't just happen overnight someone that works here knew something no doubt about that. They knew we needed something safe as we had an infant and feel like they took complete advantage. We replaced the body control module for $500 almost $600 with programming, the alternator, battery and still nothing would fix it.They refuse to help, scam you.Sunday evening (5/17/26) we went to start it and it wouldn't even start whatsoever. My husband called and told them to come get it and the first thing that was asked was if they needed a tow truck for it before he even said what issue it had.Save your money and do not go here no matter how good it seems i'm very very disappointed in them and expected better from them with what we were told.Go anywhere they will take and take and put you through so much with a car that supposedly had no issues. Also the payoff amount with what we paid did not add up $573 to be exact that doesn't just go missing randomly.
