Update: I received a call from the General manager this morning. He was very apologetic. He offered several solutions for the future. We will definitely consider giving it another try. It seems like this is not their normal experience but just an unfortunate occurrence. Original post: I reserved a trailer for rental and even had a confirmation from one of their employees. When we showed up to pick up the trailer at the time we had agreed upon they had given our trailer to somebody else. They had a hard time tracking down our rental confirmation, but when they did find it, they just said too bad. No apology or any thing. The only thing they could offer was a rusty stock trailer that the doors would hardly open or to sell us a brand new trailer. Now I'm less scrambling around trying to find a trailer. I will never use them again. I'd recommend staying far away unless you have back up options. read more

Working as teacher, my friend wanted me to pick up a trailer for Solar Car Challenge competition, and he paid with his credit card. I ask them to print invoice under my friend name since he paid, he can get reimbursed from school if they mention his name on the invoice. They said no, I said put a note on the invoice saying this person pick up, this person paid, no response. Not friendly people especially if you're an immigrant. No eye contact or proper greeting. Came here to rent a gooseneck to practice for my CDL, and a gooseneck to test for my CDL. The customer service at C&S is outstanding! Everyone from the staff who work in the rental office, to the sales team, to the gentleman who works out in the lot moving gear around, is friendly. They take time to understand your needs and will chat with you, instead of giving you your equipment and then cutting off all interaction. Spoke with Jordan and he answered all of my husbands questions. Had one trailer we were interested in available and went down the next day. Traveled from Frisco, TX and was on a tight work schedule. What a great place!!! Wow! Did they get us out of a pickle. We had a trailer that was about to crash and burn. It was fully loaded with almost 10,000 lbs of railroad cross ties. Luckily we were able to get it down there. They went WAY above and beyond and moved our entire load for us from our trailer to one we rented from them. Rental prices were extremely reasonable and I can't stress enough how helpful they are!! Would highly recommend! read more

This place doesn't know how to do business. 1st my husband called yesterday to reserve trailer and a girl name Rita reserved it. When he went up there today someone had already taken the trailer. So my husband drove up there for no reason. So people please be aware when you go to this business! They tell you one thing and then screw you cause now my husband has to go find another trailer business. read more

I'm surprised these guys don't have a review! They been around forever. Bought my first load trail trailer from them two weeks ago and the sales process was a breeze. Came in found my trailer negotiated a bit and boom I was in the sales office signing paper work and out of there in about one hour. Not even kidding. I'm happy with load trail trailers too. I'm switching from big Tex to load trail because it's a better design. I will visit these guys again for my next dump trailer. read more

After a serious trailer issue left me stranded on the highway this Friday, I had my trailer towed to Charles Lawhons Trailer World just before closing time Friday night. I met with Brian, the service manager and he told me that they could do the work early Saturday morning. By 10:30am Saturday they had fixed my issue and said it was ready to pick up. I was from out of town and really had no other option to get back on the road, so they really could have screwed me with pricing, but the price was consistent with the repair and they did a great job. I was grateful for this company to get the job done so quickly and for a fair price and it got us back on track for a fun family camp out. read more

C&S Trailers is NOT to be trusted. Despite being given every opportunity and every benefit of the doubt, their inattentive and frankly negligent customer service associates maintained the illusion of full disclosure regarding cost until I was handed the invoice. At this point, the employee(s) I spoke with began to make extremely rude comments, as if I wasn't supposed to actually read through the invoice before handing them my company credit card! I had noticed SEVERAL inconsistencies with what had been discussed and what they were attempting to charge. Thank God I took the time to read through this invoice line by line because had I not, my company would have taken a huge hit which would have rendered it impossible to complete my client's contract in time and to their satisfaction. I might have brushed it off as a simple mistake if these employees had just corrected my invoice, but instead they very rudely refused to even take the time to hear me out. They made snarky immature remarks every time I attempted to speak and the more concerned I became, the more they snickered to themselves. I'm extremely disappointed in C&S for not taking matters of BUSINESS seriously. Not all companies have money just sitting at their disposal. Your customer service is so poor that YOUR customers can't make their own customers happy, and it starts this huge awful trickle down cycle of "not my problem" attitudes that can quickly destroy any and all trust between a business, their client, and the vendor. C&S Trailers is toxic, poorly managed, does not uphold any set of business ethics whatsoever. read more

Awesome service and went above and beyond. I was quoted for some repairs and material and completion time was well within reason. They did good quality repairs and even did a lil extra on the side and came in under original estimate. I'm completely satisfied and will recommend to friends and family. read more
